Giving can be anything, lend a hand , buy a person lunch, give a person a ride somewhere. I'm helping someone now by fixing their car. I feel good doing that for them when they don't have the money or way
I help coordinate a softball tourney for the health authority in Vancouver British Columbia I work for. We raise between $1-3 k for the charity of the wining teams choice and that feels really good. Lots of good charities have benefited over the years. I am on day 12 Lexapro, still in the thicket but hanging in there. Keep the videos coming dude you are helping me hang in there.
