I wish we had those kind of vending machine in the U.S. Japan has such cool things and amazing food, you are so lucky. I think 1,000 yen is very reasonable price for what you got. 😋 yummy
I really wish something like this exists where I live. Sometimes I get so busy or tired to cook so being able to get something like this makes it so convenient, plus I might be able to stock up a few in the freezer..
Hahaha! These restaurant-quality ramen vending machines would be dangerous for me. I'd be skulking around them at 3am scaring passersby. 😅🤣 Once again, Japan leads the way in quality and convenience. Thanks, guys. 💖💖
I want a food vending machine in my town, especially since some of our restaurants around here close at either 2pm or 3pm. The only one that opens again at 5pm is the SR Boil House, but if you wait a while for your order to be made and if you are ordering it to go, the sky gets dark really quick during the cold weather seasons and you'll need to get home right away.
I am with Shinichi on this: I don’t care for chicken fat in ramen. Anyway, chicken already has some awesome soups of its own. I like the experience of eating ramen in a ramen shop but I think it’s also good to be able to have a nice frozen ramen in your freezer for times when you can’t or don’t want to go out.
I absolutely do wish I had access to vending machines of this nature. So convenient and practical! I'm a new viewer of these/y'alls videos. Hello from a fellow Foodie residing on the rim of the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee (USA). I'm enjoying the videos I've seen so far and I'll be watching past videos to see what's been covered in the past as I can.
I would love to have a Ramen soup machine near our town. I need a good soup as I had oral surgery today. But, nope, no good soups around our area. Really loving the thickness of the noodles on the first bowl you fixed up. Looks so good. Ramen vending machines, such a good idea.
Yes, I wish we had these vending machines here. It would be really good for shops that a long line to get into. I can buy it from the vending machine and enjoy it at home.
I'm fascinated by the vending machine foods there. I also watch Dancing Bacons and they do a lot of vending machine videos as well. I wish we had them in the US. But I'm sure that people here would destroy them. 😔 I will have to continue to watch your videos and live vicariously through the two of you. Thank you! Merry Christmas!
Always love watching you two! You look like you have so much fun. And, thank you for always sharing with us. I can't wait to get to Tokyo for the first time this coming Feb 2024. I cannot wait to try everything!
1000 yen is an absolute bargain. I know ramen shops can be cheaper, but even 1000 yen is cheap compared to a good ramen here in Australia. They're often over $20 now. I can't wait to get back to Tokyo. Love your work guys!
What a great idea to have Raman from a vending machine and it is reasonable. I agree with your first choice because the combination looked good. Good size portion too. Thanks Shinichi and Satoshi.
I do also wish, we could have this kind of vending machine here in Berlin, Germany. It would be sooo nice to buy a ramen nearly fresh. And, if I ever be able to visityour wonderfull country, I wouldn't be able to try, there are no pots in a hotel... Itadakimas and domo arigatou you two, for sharing your life with us.
Glad to see you guys are back to full strength, health wise! Speaking of vending machines, we have a meat vending machine close to our house. My wife and I are planning on checking it out. Take care!
This option looks great especially in Japan in urban concentrations. But tbh I think people are also missing the restaurant experience, going with friends, having a drink, a chat and sharing the food. This is pretty much like a supermarket food but better quality.
Like everyone in the States, I wish we had these vending machines here in the US or could order and have it delivered to our homes. It all looked so DELICIOUS. Thank you guys for a great video.
I can't believe that is vending machine ramen!! Oh man!! You lucky people!! Love you two. Thanks for giving us this fun time! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🌈🌞🌟🌟🌟🌟 Love from Destin Florida U.S.A 🏖🏝
Hi S & S! Thanks for all the videos! You said that these ramen in the vending machines are made my ramen restaurants that have closed (probably due to the pandemic)…which I understand. Curious…Are there still ramen restaurants that are actually open and serving ramen to walk-in customers? Just wondering what we can expect if we try to go to Japan as it opens up.
I usually don't like tonkastsu ramen, but I think I've had an instant version of the one from Yokohama. I remember all the nori. I'd love to try this version or the restaurant version. I think I'd like the chicken/soy sauce one, too. Take care guys!
OMG!! I'd LOVE having Ramen and gyoza vending machines with delicious Ramen in them!! I would totally buy from them!! Thank you for an INTERESTING video!! 😋❤️😁❤️😉
I’d say that’s worth it. $8 for vending machine ramen which honestly looks as good or better than $16 ramen you get in restaurants here. Let alone our $7 supermarket meals
The price sound like a deal to me, the ramen shop near me in California charges about $16.00 (after some googling is about ¥ 2,091. And what you purchased was for more generous with the toppings.
They all looked very good, but I was more attracted to the first one. And since each one was two servings, I don't think they were overpriced at all. In fact, in America, you would pay at least that much at a fast food restaurant, and not get nearly the quality I was seeing. I guess you'll just have to drop some off here, so I can try it. ;)
Very Fair Price !! Yessss I agree, First one looked the Best !! Wonder video. And it would be A Miracle to have these Great Quality Foods in vending machines. I'm glad for the owners during covid, that they were Still able to have Some Sort of income by thinking of doing this. And that it stuck and has Continued 💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍thank you for an Amazing video guys ⚘🌹⚘🌹⚘🌹👍👍👍😁
It’s too bad that they don’t offer pescatarian or vegetarian options :/ also, seeing as how ramen in north america can be $20, that’s such a good deal!
My son would love a machine like this! His favorite ramen shop is quite far away and sometimes after work he craves a nice bowl of ramen. He would probably stock up on a bunch of those to have in his freezer.😍😋
Great that you can get these frozen and eat at home. I would rather buy these then at the convenient store, even though you have to prepare some fresh topping yourself.
hey guys, Im going to New York and may or may not film. Look out for a reel on instagram. You made my channel possible, thank you for the support Shanichi! I would love one of those. I wouldn´t go hungry while thinking of what to cook for myself. (Granted BJs shopping is a stresser with in itself.)

This video made me remember a Japanology Plus episode I've seen in NHK World about japanese freezing techology. It was fascinating.
I like these kind of videos. It's very calming.

I feel like theres definitely some good soup around your area. How often do you try different restaurants soups?
@@AgentFourInch I check often. The big chain restaurants in the area all have the same kinda soups as each other.

Roughly $7 USA money at 1000 yen per package. That's way cheap compared to the supposedly authentic ramen places near my work charge.
Oh heck yeah would I love to have a Ramen vending machine here in Albuquerque, NM!

Yes, I wish we had those vending machines in Hawaii!
I would eat it once a week at least, I love ramen and I'm an introvert plus it's cheaper than ramen restaurants.
I would have to pass on the dried seaweed unless it's on a sushi roll as well as the fish cakes unless it's in a seafood ramen dish
Wish we had vendingmachins in Denmark 🙂
I just looked into a flight to Japan next spring. It's a little out of my price range at the moment.
