I properly slav squat and that skill has come in handy here in Washington State where it is either hot af or cold af, so you dont want to set your butt on the ground… and did you know that a lot of washington has a similar climate to kazakhstan? It is either can be up to 38 celsius or as low as -28 celsius on occasions
