Distracted Driver - CBHA034 Ontario Black Honda

At approximately 1509 Eastern Time on 2024-09-03, the driver of a black Honda bearing the Ontario license plate CBHA034 was driving while distracted by their phone.
The incident occurred on Yonge Street, near the intersection leading into Hillcrest Mall (close to Yonge St/Carville Rd).
The driver appeared to be a white man with dark hair in his late 20s to late 40s.
