I hadnt decided what to think of Paddy Reilly until this moment: Clearly a superstar!
Young Eamon the most underrated of the group, his mean mandolin definitely made the song
I cannot begin to explain what this song means to me. I was going through a rough rough patch in my life. Literally the only thing that kept me going was listening to this song way too loud, a big dip in my mouth, and driving fast down the highway singing this tune. It was literally life saving and will always be one of my favorite songs for that reason.
🇮🇲
You prolly dont give a shit but does someone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account..?
I stupidly lost my password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@King Atlas instablaster :)
I bet the Isle of man women are proper rugged types who like a good traditional proper hard banging
This song saved my life too. Made me happy. Took me to another place in my mind. Gave me hope. God bless the IOM, its road races, and Guinness extra stout.
paddy reilly is a great musician
Epic, back of the bus tune :)
There's reasons there's not many cover versions of this. It's bloody hard to sing. Paddy reilly is a, unique talent.
If the craic wasn't ninety before, it sure was when they played this song.
I love Irish music because im Irish and im used to hearing it
Howya grace. Fancy a rince?
Two weeks away from TT. Can't wait!! 🇮🇲
Never knew this was where Christy Moore got the tune for "Weekend That We Spent In Amsterdam". Brilliant
Eeamon was peggin that banjo...
Ronnie Drew in the background made many of the dubliners songs even though he wasn't even the primary singer
Brilliant song
I had this song stuck in my head for 7 months I'm not even joking
That deep gravely bass voice of Ronnie Drew
I love this song, but I haven't figured what "peggin' the jar into her" means.
I think it means plying her with drinks
Jaysus, listen to Ronnie!!!
saying here girls im your man
McShane and Whack! True friends and brothers ! We need more like them!
Was Paddy the only Dubliner without a beard?
Maith an fear. Amhran greannmhar
