Pressure canning my homemade meatballs in onion gravy here in Northern Ireland!

Hi everyone, in this video i was absolutely loaded with a head cold so it's a bit all over the place. So sorry for the quality of the video. On a plus side, the meatballs pressure canned beautifully and tasted great. We had them heated up, the gravy thickened, over good old spuds and they were a tasty dinner. Give them a try! @@fullofhope2222 i wouldn't buy any because i know we definitely wouldn't eat them. I can adjust ours to our taste and know exactly what is in them. So far so good 😊
