Please take immediate action n do exercises easily. Later u can't even exercise. The functioning goes on decreasing.

I just found your channel i definitely subscribed. I have been struggling with stairs for the last few months. My right leg goes up with ease but im struggling with the left leg😢.
A few months prior i was going to the park walking jogging and running stairs. But do to a foot injury i haven't been able to exercise as much. I'm glad i found your channel. I have to get this left leg in motion im relying way too much on my right leg. But as of late ive been having so much joint pain. Walking is no problem but going up and down the stairs has been painful lately. I know it will get better

As always....my pain keeps me afraid--afraid of the pain and what it's telling me-I'm injuring myself, shouldn't take my walks, I'm doomed to a future surgery.
I've recently returned to the Blueprint which I absolutely love. That's great. But should pain itself be an indicator that I'll create more damage to my knees with an activity? What is joint pain and surrounding tissue pain really trying to tell those of us with bone on bone arthritis? Thanks Alyssa! Lisa C

Excellent going to add this step exercise in to my sit stands it’s one hip that is the issue I presume this works for that too! I agree with the “don’t go too quick” mantra on my journey with you I’ve made that mistake a few times, and suffered for it, I’m going to conquer the stairs eventually! Thanks

Hello Alyssa, 8 weeks ago I had fallen and I had an MRI taken. It showed that I had a tiny fracture on my left knee on the right side of the knee, my orthopedic doctor had told me to stay off my knee as much as I possibly could and if I had a walker to use it as much as I can, the the problem was I have a slight stiffness of cerebral palsy on my right side I told him that it is difficult for me to put weight like that on my right side that, that would be a problem for me. he just told me to do my best, and he also told me I didn't need a hinge brace or anything like that to support the knee as it was heeling. So he did not subscribe me a hinge brace. I can still feel that I have a problem with the fracture, that it has not completely healed after 8 weeks of doing my very best not to put so much pressure on it. I am to see him again on September 30th 2024 I do not feel that this doctor is a very caring or supportive orthopedic doctor because of the way he told me just do my best with my cerebral palsy involved. I did not want to go back to him but my daughter wants me to just see him this one last time, to see what he has to say and what he decides to do. if I feel that he doesn't care much of what needs to be done then I can start looking for another orthopedic doctor for a second opinion. My question to you is, do you have any advice that you can give me or if you have any kind of exercise or anything that will help the tiny fracture heal properly, I live with my daughter and son-in-law and they have stairs in their home, the kind they have is what I call zigzag stairs. There's 6 steps and then a small square platform, you turn and then another 6 steps to the main second floor where the bedrooms are. I go up and down these steps every day and every day I need to hold on to the rails with both hands going down and up walking sideways one step at a time. Is there any exercise that I can do to heal this fracture properly or anything that I can do to heal it. If you can, I can use your help. Sincerely Norma,

I really do not know if I have any problems but what I know is as I am not active in going up and coming down the stairs. I am very slow but no pain. I was thinking this could be fear of falling down, as I had once fall down or age as I am 66 years old. What ever the reason I have your information has help understand, motivated and believed that I can improve what I am lacking and avoid that can likely come if I persistently work out these simple 2 exercises. Thank you so much. From Ethiopia

Thank you for your videos, they are very good. I have a question and would like your opinion. Do Recumbent bikes help you gain leg strength and are they a good cardio workout. I am 77 and am fairly active in my home. I don’t sit a lot, but am up doing things most of the day. However I do have problems with stairs because of my knees. I go up and down stairs like a toddler and would love to stop that! I would love to join your program, but at this time that is not feasible for me to do. However I do find your videos very helpful. I have only recently found them, but what I have seen makes perfect sense to me. Thank you for your help.

Amazing! I wish you were around when my father-in-law had his knee pain. He didn't like doing therapy. I've done therapy also with minimal results for my hip, but your exercises work so much better. I had gotten the Dr saying it's just old age when I was 50. Just take pain medicine. My worst problem is sleeping and hip pain. (Which is partly our expensive mattress) So I'll search your videos for that and continue your exercises. I've never seen so many comments with thank yous:)! thank you truly

Hi Alyssa, this is Atul from India. 60 years old. On 07th October 2022 I simply fell down on the road walking (there was no accident) as a result of which I had to undergo a "right hip replacement". I walk but with a limp due to different muscle weakness. Can your exercises help me overcome muscle weakness and walk without a limp? Second would I be able to do some jogging effortlessly? As of today I am unable to walk straight forget about a jog. Awaiting your response anxiously...
