This GE-7 was manufactured in October 1988 according to BOSS Serial Decoder.
Texas Instruments: TL022CP (power saving type), Equalizing summing amplifier: JRC 4558DD. Not only can it create a variety of sounds as an equalizer, but it can also be used as a booster with the power of the OP-AMP JRC4558DD.
After the previous owner bought it brand new, This GE-7 was kept in the effector case without being used. Therefore, it is in a miraculous condition that makes it hard to believe that it is a product over 30 years old with almost no scratches.
