hey ! Great to see you with a festive apron on ! Very very nice And all the decorations YES Some close up of the food related decorations yay I would love to see more outside - as in travelling around your neighbourhood on bike :D Anywhere within your range or comfort level of course but maybe focussing too on Dutch history or historical buildings. Also VERY keen for you to visit your local library and show us what they have and services they offer. Pretty please with cherries on top !
Decorations video is up now! As for history or historical building in my area... Well, this land (island) literally did not exist untill about 60 years ago. The oldest buildings in this city are from the late 50s, and are the houses they built to house the workers that reclaimed this island, The first permanent inhabitants did not arrive untill the mid to late 70s. So there isn't exactly a lot of history here. But I'll see what I can do!
It's what we call winterpeen in Dutch, meaning winter carrot. Pronounced more like you'd pronounce pain in English. Much larger than the carrots you will find in bunches, called bospeen (bunch carrots). Dutch is a funny language.
Congrats on 500! 🎉
