As someone who’s watched since 2006, this DIY building theme is a great content direction.

The only question that is left: what to do with the leftover rock pile?

Make a conveyor belt that is ramped up into the intake of the sifter. That way you can dump the rock and soil mix at ground level and the conveyor belt does the work of moving it up into the machine. That guy looked tired after shoveling all that dirt up into the sifter

I want that machine right now. I'm currently sifting rocks from a few old rock beds from my front yard with a small screen. It's ridiculous. Taking so long. I don't have nearly as much as Dave has to do, but it's still ridiculous and takes so long. I want to punch whichever previous owners of this house for all the rock beds we had throughout this property. Terrible. Been here over 22 years and still getting rid of them. Down to the last few. Thanks for sharing this with us, Paul. Great fun to see Dave again. "Dave is a genius engineer".

Very impressive! But his wife’s idea of using a screen from the house could work too! 🙂

@@renetto he gained quite some weight, almost didn't recognise him. I have a feeling that he got the shorter end of the stick regarding the Renneto chair royalties despite being the one who made your idea possible. And that was probably the reason it took so long for you guys to reconcile and bury the hatchet. You should help him with your channel showing his inventions, he is probably the only true friend you ever had...

@Samuel Archer you need to improve your reading comprehension. You missed the assumption indicators and took it as a flat out assertion. Btw why do you think Dave suddenly stopped appearing in Pauls videos for the last ~15 years or so even tho they were best friends and made the most viral videos on the channel together...
