Miami lightning storm as seen from a high-rise

Watching a lightning storm from my balcony in Miami. (Nice loud hit at about 1:00). Also, you can hear a short, electronic buzz a few times right before the lightning strikes. Not sure what causes this, because I didn't hear it outside, only when I watched the video did I hear those.
