Nice jeep. I like the "1 year later" rig walk around to see what has changed, but I would really like to see stuff that hasn't changed and hear how it has held up to the use and abuse.
I know everything about this Jeep, yet I made coffee so I could sit in my office and enjoy this! It was great meeting you and Ovrlndx at Overland Expo West and a highlight of my journey there!
BornFreeOVRLand Thank You Brother! I know I can speak for Brad! Both of us are very passionate about the whole movement! Great new friends every time !
45 Auto Thank you man! I really appreciate your comments but I’m far from that! I do try to learn as much as I can from the real professionals!! I definitely rely on Brad from TrailRecon for how to’s!
I just saw Marco's rig parked near a Jamba juice in the neighborhood. I didn't want to bother him, but it looks like a very capable and well built Right. Thanks for sharing guys!
No doubt that’s one of the nicest we’ll equipped Jeep I’ve ever seen and most humble and nicest person I’ve met online. This rig got me started on ideas on my JKUR for our family of 4. Definitely looking forward to meeting Marco when we go on our west coast trip in the next year or so and also getting to meet up with you as well Brad!!! 👍👊💥
Blue ridge overland gear... nice - san berdoo native , living close to blue ridge in va just did a nice blue ridge trail out here. Will need to stop by their brick n mortar store next time I pass by there
Love what both of you guys are making, you make a great team. Exelent rig walkaround. Love marco’s jeep. Gonna check out Marco’s tent. Thanks for the great content as usual!!!
This rig has really inspired me over the past year! I am getting ready to build an 80/20 drawer system for my JK and I was wondering if Marco would be willing to share where he sourced the drawer latches he used? They are better than anything I have ever seen. Also, any chance of a parts listing for the new stuff he put on?
Just amazing Jeep. Guys, you should come to Germany to the Overland Expo Bad Kissingen now in June...I guess is the biggest Overland Expo the word. Everybody will love your Jeep. Anyway great work and thank you ;-)
I would never sell my Jeep, like Marco and most of us, we put so much time and money into it. But it's worth it. The smiles by the miles are irreplaceable. Taking my sons on trails and on the beach with the whole family. There isn't another vehicle I could have this much fun with. Top down and doors off, Only in a Jeep! Wranglers are BUILT, NOT BOUGHT.
Marco, when I saw the first video on your Jeep way back when I thought you had done an amazing job but these are some nice functional upgrades (except for the tent, just showing off there LOL) . Keep improving.
Wow Marco, you’ve been busy. Love the chase light. Haha, nice to know I’m not the only one who agrees that you get far less dirt infiltration running the snorkel. Brad I think it’s time to do some hood cutting. :0)
I've been looking for a lightweight bumper option to the Savvy. The Savvy leaves little options, but this Wilco looks perfect for my rig. It's a shame he didn't get adjustable control arms. He's losing much needed ground clearance with those geometry correction brackets. I had to get rid of mine because they were getting caught up on the trail. There's nothing better than adjustable control arms. Outside of that, this is one awesome rig. But I'm sensing this will be one of the things he'll address by the next walk around.
Jeep Life71 Thank You Brother! Yes, Wilco’s MC2X bumpers are really light and good looking I do love mine! So far I’m happy with the metalcloack geometry correction brackets and adjustable rear control arms but if that feeling changes I’ll make sure to share that’s! Thank you for your comments man!
OVRLNDX Honestly this is a first hearing someone with both adjustable control arms and geometry correction brackets. Usually, like myself the geo corr brackets are put on until you can afford the adjustable control arms. You must have a huge lift to warrant both.
Marco, which KC lights did you use for your Gobi ranger rack? Did you modify the mount? I have tried multiple models (including prosport and pro6) and nothing seems to fit 😣 Please help!
How much over the gvm is the setup? Payload of a Jeep is less than 600kg. Throw some bar work at it, winch, lights full tank of fuel and two passengers....you won’t have much payload left after a full fridge, food, water and extra fuel. Let alone a rtt and tools and recovery gear.
His suspension has been modified with stiffer springs and shocks, plus beefier components, so all things are not equal anymore when it comes to stock gvm.
I'm not into the Overlanding thing but if I was this would be a great blueprint. Nicely built and I'm assuming if he wanted to go full on off grid he'd be good to go. The only thing I'm not a fan of and it's totally subjective but imo that wilco front bumper is...just not my thing.
Summit X Overland Hey Brother! For mounts I’m using regular 1-1/4” Tube light mounts, the light bar has a “T-slot” on the rear so it makes the installation super easy. The controller is the 4200 Mini!
It been two years and I still can’t afford a front drive shaft on my tj since damaging it at coral canyon and driving back home on the 15 hwy 10 mph back to murrieta. I miss California.
So I am trying to find that mounting bar that he has installed on his dash. anyone know who makes it? NVM, i found it, but was hoping they made them for trucks as well. If anyone knows of another brand, please let me know. Thanks
Hey! I live in la and am looking to buy my first Jeep to take on some overland camp adventures! Any SoCal dealers you can point me in the direction of? I am on a budget btw, planning on doing a trade in.
Nice jeep. I like the "1 year later" rig walk around to see what has changed, but I would really like to see stuff that hasn't changed and hear how it has held up to the use and abuse.
I like the Front Runner roof rack stickers by the Gobi roof rack
I met Marco at overland expo and what a great guy. All you guys are humble and down to earth! Keep up the good work!
Stoggie95 Thank you!!
I think you need to review Marcos jeeps every year!!! I also have a 2015 Rubicon so I love seeing what he has done for my own ideas!
I like Marco, humble guy.
I know everything about this Jeep, yet I made coffee so I could sit in my office and enjoy this! It was great meeting you and Ovrlndx at Overland Expo West and a highlight of my journey there!
Great comment! Both TrailRecon and Jason exude enthusiasm, keeps me motivated!
Awesome meeting you as well my friend! Expo was a blast this year!
Waypoint Overland Thank You! Awesome meeting you man! Hope to see you again soon!

TrailRecon thank you, hope to catch up with u next weekend at the holy Jim clean up!
BornFreeOVRLand Thank You Brother! I know I can speak for Brad! Both of us are very passionate about the whole movement! Great new friends every time !
OVRLNDX that's what life is all about the relationships you build and the experiences you share.
Man, Marco is the best.
Love Marco's work. As an owner of a stock 05 TJ, Marco's Jeep is a dream on wheels.
Matt Josephson 👊🏼💥
Very nice, Marco. I tried to speak with you in Flagstaff but you were surrounded by lots of other folks. Looking forward to meeting you soon.
John Mantey Thank You John! Sorry I missed you in flagstaff man!

It's a great looking Jeep with a gentleman for an owner!
TrailRecon Thank You Man!
And most of all, Marco is working on the zz top beard 🤘😜
Marco is always a Sharp Dressed Man!
TrailRecon lol. He ain't got no cheap sunglasses
Erik Valiquette hahaha! Love ZZ Top!
Since I am just starting out, and love gadgets especially these functional ones, this video was fantastic.
Is Marco a professional overlander? I can't imagine how much all that stuff cost. Okay, I'm jealous.
45 Auto Thank you man! I really appreciate your comments but I’m far from that! I do try to learn as much as I can from the real professionals!! I definitely rely on Brad from TrailRecon for how to’s!
Thousands
That is a gorgeous looking rig. It's a pleasure to look at.
Agree, it really is one amazing looking Jeep!
I didn't know it was possible to improve perfection but Marcco did it 👏👏👏👍👍
I agree, I thought his Jeep was perfect last year, but so many nice new upgrades now!
Jeremiah Lawrence Thank you Brother!
When you done with all of your upgrades anew video is needed too! Thanks for all of the vids
I don't think he'll ever be done, but I'd love to see what Marco would do with a JL!
I just saw Marco's rig parked near a Jamba juice in the neighborhood. I didn't want to bother him, but it looks like a very capable and well built Right. Thanks for sharing guys!

The tent is very cool.
Blue ridge overland gear... nice - san berdoo native , living close to blue ridge in va just did a nice blue ridge trail out here. Will need to stop by their brick n mortar store next time I pass by there
Blue Ridge makes some quality stuff and I think I'll be adding a few of their bags to my setup.
Love what both of you guys are making, you make a great team. Exelent rig walkaround. Love marco’s jeep.
Gonna check out Marco’s tent.
Thanks for the great content as usual!!!
Marco and I always have a good time the trail and filming these videos! That automatic tent is so nice, I've got my eye on it! Thank you!
Marco is the man!! we need him on again!
The jeep has grown....almost as much as Marco's beard, haha
Ronnie Fixer Right!? Hahaha! 🤙🏼
Damn a full year! Marco's rig is always a favourite and cant wait for next year's video
Rubicon Unlimited Hey Brother! How is it going? Thank you for your kind words!
OVRLNDX great dude, love the evolution of your rig! Hope you found a good spot for the patch
I'll send you the pic!!
OVRLNDX sounds good sir!
This rig has really inspired me over the past year! Marco awesome job om the jeep. Would love a DIY video on your mod to the Teraflex rear shelf...
Love his jeep , really awesome
The idea of a self closing roof tent.. cool but looks like it operates at turtle speed.. great keep build
Nice upgrades Marco.
Marco is very thoughtful on his build for sure!
Jorge Madrigal Thank You Jorge!
Great video thank you!
Another great interview. Love the beard.
Thank you!!
Very cool looking and awesome overlanding Jeep that Marco has put together just wish that you had a shot that showed the jeep from a distance👍
Marco, if you ever decide to sell that awesome Jeep I want it. Perfect Jeep inside and out.
He has put so much work into it, I can't ever see him selling it, but if he ever does the new owner will be ready to hit the trail and explore!
TrailRecon that is what I am counting on. I have just began the build on mine. I hope some day to make the trip out west to meet you all sometime.
I would never sell my Jeep, like Marco and most of us, we put so much time and money into it. But it's worth it. The smiles by the miles are irreplaceable. Love the walk around
Thank you!
Marco, when I saw the first video on your Jeep way back when I thought you had done an amazing job but these are some nice functional upgrades (except for the tent, just showing off there LOL) . Keep improving.
Marco is my favorite lol
Mary Poppins Ha! Thank you!
I'd love to see a review on the KC light controller and how it works. Haven't been able to find ANYTHING on it.
The Last JK The controller is made by Feniex the model is the 4200 mini
Wow Marco, you’ve been busy. Love the chase light. Haha, nice to know I’m not the only one who agrees that you get far less dirt infiltration running the snorkel. Brad I think it’s time to do some hood cutting. :0)
I love the chase light and their may be a snorkel in my future!
Sonnicman Thank You man! I’m all ready to help cutting the Trailrecon’s Jeep hood!
OVRLNDX I think you should! :0)
beautiful
hey brad and marco, i was wondering what that front port on the radiator is used for? love the build !
awesome.. as always great video..
I would need 2 part time jobs on top of my current job to afford all that! WOW good stuff!
I can only imagine the cost of that Jeep it's a work of art
I've been looking for a lightweight bumper option to the Savvy. The Savvy leaves little options, but this Wilco looks perfect for my rig. It's a shame he didn't get adjustable control arms. Jeep Life71 I have 4.5” in the rear, the Metalcloack DB3 brackets do not work with stock control arms only with the adjustable ones.
I love your rear compartments where did you source the parts for the cabinets.
What KC lights does marco have on his front bumper, i have the same bumper on my jk
Hey Brad what type of system Marco use on his Jeep to charge his batteries I want to know cuz I want to upgrade mine two charges fridge and batteries
Man I love your Jeep..... are you a millionaire doing this much sophisticated mods?
Marco, which KC lights did you use for your Gobi ranger rack? Did you modify the mount? I have tried multiple models (including prosport and pro6) and nothing seems to fit 😣 Please help!
Marco I hate you! Said with love, bro! Awesome Jeep! INSPIRED!!!
Loving the one year walk around. When you doing yours? ;)
Thank you! I may do a walk around of my sometime, but here is one that Jason Koertge did recently of my Jeep: ruclips.net/video/ZmcHtTn9zD8/видео.html

Amazing video and an amazing Jeep. Question, is it possible to set up a 2/Dr Wrangler for overlanding because all I ever see are the unlimiteds?
Brad C Thank You Brad! Checkout @hatchetthejeep on Instagram !
Hatchet has an awesome 2 door build!!
I want to buy same exact tent for my Rubicon. :)
I'm not into the Overlanding thing but if I was this would be a great blueprint. Nicely built and I'm assuming if he wanted to go full on off grid he'd be good to go. The only thing I'm not a fan of and it's totally subjective but imo that wilco front bumper is...just not my thing.
Marco, Which Mounts are you using for the KC Chase Lights to the Gobi Rack? Also, Which Model of the Feniex controller is that?
Summit X Overland Hey Brother! For mounts I’m using regular 1-1/4” Tube light mounts, the light bar has a “T-slot” on the rear so it makes the installation super easy. The controller is the 4200 Mini!
Thanks! It looks really nice.
Do you know where I can get those custom ends for the Teraflex rack?
Hey David!! You are probably talking about the corner brackets! These are made by tslots.com Rounded Tri Corner part # 653034
I really like how have it and I'm looking to do the something to mine.
It been two years and I still can’t afford a front drive shaft on my tj since damaging it at coral canyon and driving back home on the 15 hwy 10 mph back to murrieta. I miss California.
vanaro t I have been trying to stay away from coral canyon! LoL ! Sorry to hear that man! Hope that changes for the best man!
Marco's cool..But I can't find his RUclips page
It took him a year to grow out that amazing gray beard?!
chrisdcurby hahaha off and on brother! Growing the beard is no problem! Getting the right gray is the secret! Hahaha thank you!
So I am trying to find that mounting bar that he has installed on his dash. anyone know who makes it? NVM, i found it, but was hoping they made them for trucks as well. If anyone knows of another brand, please let me know.
Thanks
It's from Vector Off-Road and I believe they are currently only for Jeeps.
I couldn't understand the name of the grill insert, what is the name of the company?
Bill Braski Hi Bill! under the sun inserts
Hey! I live in la and am looking to buy my first Jeep to take on some overland camp adventures! Any SoCal dealers you can point me in the direction of? I am on a budget btw, planning on doing a trade in.
you guys are rich to put so much stuff on your rigs
Marco has some bucks...
First. Looks good.
Higfh, it is a dream on weels. Kindly Fiete
