I love that you put the chef under a bit of pressure by asking them how they get to that price point. I mean let's be honest, sometimes the best food can be really cheap. My favorite by far comes from my own garden.
Anyway keep up the awesome work! Best wishes to you and yours; ❤️🖤

Love meditaranean food but the Greeks in my town in south jersey are one family that owns the 5-6 diners/greek restaurants which means it’s literally 5-6 of the same tasting places…

I was surprised to see that Chef Kent wasn't one of those pretentious, super serious jerks that often inhabit that kind of position.

Except for the "ramen." The 2 mung bean noodles tied in a knot were a bit much for me.

He says he respects life/food then talks about throwing food in the trash if it's not cooked to his 2-Michelin star standards. 17:32 "You f'd up, now you can throw it away." 🤡He's a pretentious hypocrite

The real difference between a $10 meal and a $300 is greed and perception

If you’re going to walk into a restaurant knowing that it’s $300 a meal, then do it. They’re looking for something that the $10 restaurant obviously can’t provide.
People with money don’t look at the $300 like they’re greedy. They look at it as a different option, taste, and experience that a normal restaurant can’t provide.
If you’re broke just say you’re broke.

Typically the price difference is due to the skill of the chef, attention to detail, and quality of food.
