I remember resenting the game creators when i was younger for taking away my snarky, pretty, brave Aeris (don't care because ive never played FF7 where it was spelled different) and leaving me with nothing but plan B... Boring, basic, bumbling, Tifa.. I don't think I've ever done a playthrough where Tifa 'won' the date.. I assume it would be Bland just like her; plus why would i want to deprive two of my favorite characters of one of my favorite scenes (the play director heckling Cloud 😅)
Literally the short had nothing to do with Tifa and people still insist on uplifting one woman by dragging down another. Tifa was the literal backbone and hardly 'bland'.
@kellevichy I know, and you're right.. she wasn't the one who struck Aeris down.. Over the last few years I've started to learn to appreciate the elements of Tifa's character I enjoy (her tenacity, compassion, and loyalty, to name a few).
@trufreedom like damn I was about to say too!! Tifa holds a lot back intentionally for the benefit of clouds issues, it's nuanced and can be overlooked but she's core to the story and clouds redemption.
In what little defence I have, this audio is from a recording before the full canonisation of 'Aerith', and my pronunciation of her name was formed as a moronic 9 year old that couldn't spell when I first played this game.

They were originally designed as sister and brother that's why they have the similar hair style as well.
