The ending to "The Bell" might be my favorite thing Ty has done
This song really reminds me of Anekdoten. Criminally underrated band
Very era vulgaris

@@bonurse7969you have excellent taste in music!
Saw them on this tour in Tucson. It was SO sick. Ben was not playing a grand piano though, that's a really cool sound in this video.
Really beautiful evolution in Ty’s music-getting clearer and more mature in a really good way. Go see this live!
Void has some of thee most informed Buddhist lyrics of 98% off all songs made in the west
Looking forward to the Manchester gig

Ty’s got a little Jack Nicholson in him.
He’s much fitter than he’s been in years. That’s good to see. This album doesn’t do a whole lot for me, though. I haven’t come back to it at all. That wasn’t the case with Hello, Hi which had the exquisite “Saturday Pt. 2”, one of his greatest songs.
Compsre this to fuzx frerdim band or anything superb that was ty segall & friends this feels empty devoid of feeli g cold o thku .

There are a lot of people that are really passionate in their interest in this guy. To me this just sounds like unrefined uninspiring noise. I'll keep coming back and trying. There has to be something I'm missing. I'll find it eventually.
Different strokes for different folks, friend. I am a huge Ty fan. But a lot of people are into King Gizzard, but I just can’t dig it. Who knows the mystery in our brains.
Fair enough -- what did it for me was his KEXP show touring the material from his album "Squealer". That show was quite good, I would recommend trying that one. Although it's much more hardcore than this, this is quite mellow. There is another option, though, if you want somewhat mellower: his KEXP show with White Fence, which was probably the other video that sold me on him. Either those, or if you want acoustic there's also his Pickathon show with Cory Hanson (also a KEXP show -- am I a fan of theirs of what!?) which has had heavy rotation in the car for me. Anyhow -- happy trails and no worries if Ty isn't your thing after all!
nah I think you dont have to come back trying
@@libertinemekglw suck, this is great, this is real inspired psychedelia
@@Tityretupatulaetheir thrash metal album was great. I haven’t liked anything else they’ve done. I saw them way, way back when they first came to the US.
