3-4 Years ago Ty Segall played on a small festival in germany. Befor his show the electricity of the whole festival collapsed. After a couple of hours they managed to power up a really really small stage. most of the artist allready left the festival. but ty says "fuck it, lets do it" and that show was one of my most intense shows i ever have witness. great guy!

Ty could easily play shows full of old hits but he always plays new songs and turns them into crowd favourites. One of the reasons he’s a legend.

It still blows my mind to this day that most people have never even heard of this guy. My Amazon music account recommended under bands similar to Ween. In many ways this guy is more eclectic than they are. The future of rock music. It hasn't died just yet. Rock on boys! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yes I liked the muggers set of songs when he played with the the mask that was something else.... I looked on line and the it was ty segall tickets for sale Glasgow art school St lukes it was an awsome night. theres a few songs of that on you tube

Mikal Cronin was always the best right hand man for Ty .. theyre so good together ..and Cronins 2011 self titled is still such a stand out and timeless record .. “get along” will always be a road trip staple in my car :)

Giving it up for the KEXP engineers! Quite often these live mixes are better than the record’s version.
This one can't have been easy to balance either!
Yeah, they do amazing job. I think the band gets a lot of input on the final mixes as well, thus the long delays between broadcast and RUclips release. Worth it though
it might also be/ probably is Matt Littlejohn, front of house sound guy for Ty's live projects working this gig/ mixing it.
I love Ty but I'm always a little disappointed that his studio albums aren't heavy enough, mix wise. These KEXP sets satisfy that need though

Mootheart just smilin under the mask the whole time... fuckin killer set
Saw him in Detroit on the 6th and my god he rearranged most of his iconic songs into a much more sludge like and brutally heavy renditions. The band played all of the songs here except for Harmonizer and the performance was some how even better than the KEXP one. Amazing!

I loved Freedoms Goblin and was hoping Ty would further record with the same guys. These tracks sound better to me than the versions on Harmonizer, they sound more in step with Freedoms Goblin.
