Association with signatures of the owners should represent the grievances to the Minister for Local Governments, Mr Nehru, with a complaint to the Chief Minister's Cell. Unless the problems are exposed, no action will be taken by the government. All the buyers of the flats paid for getting all amenities. The most important amenities are the sewage and metro water. 750 families suffer a lot for want of basic amenities. How the completion certificate was obtained by the builder is not known. Please try to call the press and different media for expressing our issues. Legal action may also be proceeded as we are spending a lot for monthly maintenance and for the repayment of loans through EMI. Hope the government will be taking action for the benefit of the owners and tenants, as our Bloomingdale is a big gated community with the blocks of multi floors.

There will not be any water shortage to chennai . Bashyam builders have un approved (Panchayat knows and all govt officials knows) housing in Mevallurkuppam . All builders in and around in this village industries and other buiders discharge sewage to Mevallurkuppam lake valarpuram lake nayapakkam lake which discharges to chembarambakkam lake. A simple question to Mr.Pandiyan. Govt is collection SUC ( Swerage Utilation Charge ) with property tax. 700 flats paying this to corporation / municipality. In big complex no carbage collection and Sewerage connection. Then why govt collecting this SUC. Pls explain.
In the case of Bloomingdale the builder has not paid the corporation, when the owners went to the corporation they said they didn't receive any money from the builder for the Sewage connection and when they asked the builder he didn't share the receipt. The Corporation is demanding the receipt which the builder is hesitant to give.
If the building is atleast strong for 20 years we feels safe
