I've seen and worked with so many sharp people from high profile backgrounds (IIT/IIM/NIT grads, top-level management executives in MNCs and so many such profile people) and other such backgrounds like bus conductors, electricians, auto drivers etc. succeed in this business OVER A PERIOD OF A FEW YEARS.
