    UPDATE: looks like the MRI was "clean" on James. This is certainly good news that nothing was completely torn. However this was till a strain and hopefully mild enough that he can get back on the floor quickly! From the MRI results, probably a grade 1, will have to see how the function and strength is in his muscle. Typically we wait for players to come back until the affected leg has similar strength to the non injured one to prevent imbalance. Thanks as always for watching!

      I am experiencing it.

      @Danny Branderson oh wo, that escalated quickly... Danny, I am white eastern-europien from Latvia. I am sculptor, artist, founder and CEO of company ''FairyTales Group''. We create playgrounds for children, no matter race or culture - alot of people go down dangerouse path of being ignorant based on strong opinions of past actions of political leaders actions and statements - I suggest you to free yourself of degradating opinions of history and think what is better for everyone! As having bright things to give for new generations me and my company believe in better judgements of people around us. Me individually, I can't do so much as would be needed for this world, but I do something at least. I suggest you to at least try to see world better. Not everything is so dark as it was in past. In the end it's about children, because no adult lives for ever.

Not all MD’s have that skill in explaining to the patient what exactly the injury entails. Unfortunately I’ve had more ORIF procedures than the average patient (i.e. tibial plateau grade 6 Schatzker, distal radius, posterior glenohumeral dislocations and subluxations , next option arthoplasty, bilateral femoral hernia, twice have fractured the corpus cavernosa, among many other fractures and etc). • @thissmithymanga7119
      @thissmithymanga7119 6 лет назад

      HGH promotes cell growth I believe meaning most things in your body grow like your jaw hands and feet also muscle growth meaning you will recover more quickly from an injury and steroids help the body produce more protein and ATP which is fuel for the muscle to move which also helps someone recover from an injury more quickly in conjunction together you have athletes that recover in a few months from some career ending injurys

    doc, a few years ago, I practiced squats using weight (about 10 kg). when I was squat to go up, I heard inside my left knee there was a pop and a little pain but only a few seconds. since then, sometimes my left knee seemed to have no energy so I fell out of balance. I went to an orthopedic doctor and he said the possibility of my hamstring muscle had a problem. then the doctor did an EMG test, but he said there was no problem in my hamstring muscle and said there might be a problem in the connecting nerve between the brain and the hamstring. the doctor told me to do a CT scan or MRI, I forgot, but in my country MRI and CT scans are expensive and I have no money. what do you think about my left knee, doc?

      When I ran track/cross country, specifically long distance running, everyone always tended to have an issue from time to time with their hip flexor. It hurts a lot for sure. I can only imagine how much it hurts for you dude.

      Faisal Salam It’s the worst bro... Dry Needling is no joke either but it’s helping my hip flexor heal THAT much faster. Just... I’m a dancer... But what did I learn from this injury? Always stretch before you jump into whatever physical activity you are gonna get into.

    Awesome video as always, if you want I can help you do an intro and an outro, it would make your videos much more interactive.
    Keep up the good work.

    I feel u lebron..I just have the same injury.but my bad,whenever I always play basketball,my injury always keeps on coming back,I feel the pain over and over again. At first, I didn't feel anything but as the playing time goes far, I can feel sore on my groin again.It depresses me to be not able to play again.😞😞😞

    Hey, do you know anything about Ankle injuries. I suffered from a bad sprain in March and I still have pain which may be tendonitis

    i'd love a video on any sort of compound fracture (maybe specifically the kevin ware injury). i've always been curious to see the immediate and also long term treatment and procedure on those. but i can totally understand if that would be a bit graphic
