Gday Guys, it’s beautiful country up around the snowy’s and like you said often you are the only vehicle on the road. Last time we were at Brighter days we came back through the ‘Great alpine road’ and the snowys to the East coast. Cheers Smithy
We can’t get enough of the Snowy’s. The run you did from Bright to Bruthen is simply stunning, and reminds me a lot of the Colorado Rocky’s. Hope to see you at Brighter Days in March.
It sure is Rob, sadly the Aussie Version of the ‘Whomping Willow’ encircles it. On a totally related note I am starting a GoFund me for pilot lessons! ☹️
Loved seeing the old bridge and then Whitey’s reaction to the drone in the tree made me laugh out loud literally 🤣🤣, as that would be my exact reaction 😂😂
I like the idea of riding to that trestle bridge for a look, if only you could walk across it like the one at Noojee. Obviously by your drone footage before the tree jumped out in its way, it is clear it is too dangerous for that and access has been blocked off.
Sadly yes, but you can walk up the stairs ( Urhhhhhhh!) and take a look from each end. It is very cool and a fun day out on the bike. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻
Great vid Whitey and Tail Gunner. The bakery at Cann River does some awesome pies. Those roads from Bombala to Dalgety and then to Jindy are awesome. The views of those plains, and the road that you can see sweeping for miles is perfect! Looks like I'm going to have to put Marlo in my ride destinations 😁
We decided on Marlo just to check out a new destination, we were not disappointed. That run up toJindabyne from Cann River is, as you say, great riding. 👍🏻
I hit a roo on the west side of Jindabyne on my Street Glide. Luckily hit left side of bike; crash bar and wind deflector so I stayed up. Bent wind deflector back to crash bar so I couldn’t turn bars left so stopped in middle of road whilst cars behind sorted the roo and gave me time to settle down.
Mate that is a scary scenario. 1 second and the result could be so much worse or better. It all comes down to situational awareness I guess. Glad you had a reasonably good result. Ride Safe. 👍
Great vid -Rekindling potential ride destinations for the future. Went though there in my younger days on runs - but really dont remember much (as was the custom in those days) - Methinks I need to reacquaint myself & bike to that side of Victoria/NSW I do however remember black ice in the middle of summer - sobering moments.😆
Never seen Black Ice in Gippsland myself, but it could happen. It’s a great part of the world. We will be spending some more time there and in the Alps over the next two weeks. Lots to see and do.
👍 another beautiful video where you show us beautiful places, thank you ✌
Thanks Marco, glad you enjoy them. We love the Australian bush and history, so this one was fun to make. Be safe mate. 👍🏻

Great video guys.. beautiful scenery & the art work in the church was amazing.. 😊😊
Thanks Lorna, was a great trip, well apart from the obvious 😂
That old railway bridge is incredible

@thatharleycouple you haven't droned until you've flown into a tree. Consider yourself initiated

I wasn’t happy. 😝 but in the next vlog I may just get my smile back. 😃 Thanks for watching.
What an amazing trestle bridge, very cool. Damn that tree swallowing up your drone 😢
It was straight out of Harry Potter that monster. 😂
@ 🤣😂
great ride whitey and you haveing are icecream lol great mate
But you will see, it was, as always, a Big Tough Bikie Ice Cream. 😂
I see that the stairs are getting more subtle in the adventure mate …. You and the awesome tail gunner keep doing what you guys do best.. love it
Cheers Dave, I think in this episode she was lulling me into a false sense of security.
Really liked this video. Love the east coast.
Glad you enjoyed it Mark, we will be heading back there soon. So much to see and do.

Hey guys thanks for sharing your road trip to Jindabyne, Jindabyne is one of my favourite places in Australia 😅
It’s a ripper spot, a very mellow location and a gateway to so many great Alpine rides. Thanks for watching.
Omg ,it’s true what they say about the camera adding 10 pounds , was great meeting you guys 😊
Doogle, I told Lisa you said she looked fat in the video, she wants to talk to you. 😂 😂 😂
Been there with the drone mate. I am sure the trees attack them.
Hey Matt, mate they seem to stalk my drones, nasty buggers. 😂 But there is a silver lining in the next video.

Looks great down thru there may have to leave our great SA roads to bounce along yours
Its a dilemma, the destinations are great but Victoria's roads really are a National disgrace. Thanks for watching.
Marlo is pretty cruisy, we've camped up at the reserve on the opposite side of the river to the pub. Nooice.
Hy Harps, welcome back mate. That would be a ripper camp spot. We must meet for drinks soon mate.👍🏻
Nice vid guys 👌🏻
Cheers Jon. Was fun one to make.
