You have delivered the only practical response for a current owner, who is likely upside down on their loan. In the US, these are lease for 4 years or 50,000 miles and then turn back in. They blow up, along with their Rover siblings, just after the warranty expires. As a kid I fell in love with Range Rovers and Jag XJS and XJ6 models. There’s a gorgeous XJ6 at my client’s offices I have recently noticed … pristine condition. Maybe in a year or so we’ll see “The Cat is Back” and “Out of the Bag” campaigns. Many People are exhausted of supporting this stuff. Not all exposure is good exposure. This type of advertising is only attractive to a certain demographic . Jaguar would have to bank on that specific demographic being the most wealthy ( which program initiatives in academia , politics, big business has definitely tried to force societies hand in that direction) , and it may end up that way. In America we’re seeing a bit of a shift away from it , even in our youth to a certain extent, but of course the shift is beginning with people that are getting the shaft 😂 , and the rich elite are still in their own world not acknowledging those beneath them. So we’ll see. I think this makes it a bit different than Bud light. That was a working man’s brand.

You have delivered the only practical response for a current owner, who is likely upside down on their loan. In the US, these are lease for 4 years or 50,000 miles and then turn back in. They blow up, along with their Rover siblings, just after the warranty expires. As a kid I fell in love with Range Rovers and Jag XJS and XJ6 models. There’s a gorgeous XJ6 at my client’s offices I have recently noticed … pristine condition. Maybe in a year or so we’ll see “The Cat is Back” and “Out of the Bag” campaigns.
