To your note on your face still burning I can guarantee you didn’t get it all the way off, I always wipe it away and then wipe again all over my face with a clean side then clean it off with cool water and hold a clean damp towel to my face until it stops or keep going until it stops burning or starts feeling soothed, I hope you didn’t get a chemical burn from it!!

FYI: The “dripping” application for the Ordinary peel is not recommended. And if you have dry skin you’ll love it. I have dry skin and I’ve been using it once a week for 4 months and it’s the best at removing built up dead skin.

aztrishh I just pour some from the dropper in my hand first and then apply a thin layer to my face. I've used this many times. Just rinse off with water, it rinses easily - using a washcloth to rub it off is not a good idea as it will cause more irritation (it's already an aggressive peel!)
aztrishh it’s a chemical Peel so please be careful it would be good to use gloves for beginners to test how your skin reacts to it
You shouldn’t apply the dropper directly to your face, the bacteria will build up on the applicator causing all sorts of mold and build up. Be careful with chemical peels like this, they are very harsh on the skin but very effective. Maximum use should be used once a week. The skin should use a way to “ease” into masks like this, but really there isn’t a way. Best advice is, don’t let the dropper touch your skin, never use the mask more than once a week, be careful after using this mask, make sure you follow up with at least a moisturizer. It is also highly recommended to USE SUNSCREEN after using this mask!

I went in once with no moisturizer on my legs 😱 I was so dark lol never again. Definitely mix it with moisturizer or your will be dirty bronze, well at least I was 😆😆😆

To physically see the benefits, yes. But I think that it making your skin soft should happen immediately/when you take it off
I can only leave it on 7 minutes. I love my skin the few days after though. It’s great stuff.
Incorrect. It’s a chemical exfoliant mask, and should be left on ten minutes tops, rinsed clean off, once a week tops. It instantly exfoliates the skin with a very high percentage of the acids that blow through dead skin cells. Use once a week. Other products, like a leave-on chemical exfoliant, can be used more frequently. This isn’t the same as that.

I can’t even feel that mask from The Ordinary on my face, but that lip plumper is SO painful to me! I only used it once or twice before I gave up. Was not worth the pain!
The only time I feel the mask is when I have breakouts 🤷🏻♀️ But omg I remember that gloss my lips would turn bright red cuz it was so painful 😭
i was at a party and used the lip plumper my lips hurt so much and they were red all around but my lips did plump it looked like an allergic reaction

I have been using the peeling solution for a while. To prevent my face from turning red, I usually remove the product with warm water and avoid rubbing my skin.
Guys like any self tanner it takes several hours to see a difference.

The ordinary is an AHA/BHA chemical peel. It’s way too strong for my face so I use it for my feet. It’s amazing. The same stuff that’s in the baby foot chemical peel.
*PSA* PLEASE WEAR SUNSCREEN AFTER USING THE ORDINARY MASK or you will cause damage to your precious skin!...especially the young one💕

Erin should not use that Ordinary mask- it’s really for aging skin. I work as an aesthetic nurse and it’s a decent chemical exfoliation. I use it twice a week. You will see pores look better and kin more even. It’s so effective especially for the price.

I use the ordinary mask every Saturday as part of my pamper routine followed by a super hydrating cream. I really love it. I think you used too much. Try just using a thin layer for 7-8 minutes 👍😊
