That's just nice to hear! It's a great tune for sure. I'm craving for a Stanley's box set, hopefully cheaper than Gene's one, haha! Thanks for stopping by! ;)
@mizukimuneda It's one of the sexiest songs ever written! Paul is my all-time favorite male singer and songwriter. I'm sitting here thinking how cool it would be if he did a box set of his music that's never been published. Obviously we all love the bootlegs enough to risk damage to our ears with their low-quality/high-shrill sound. I love them all in whatever shape we fans can get them. Would love to see your I A L T tshirt. It sounds cool that you made one for the song!!
@joediver1119 - I agree with your point of view, but, according to my sources, this song was never intented to be a KISS song. It was part of a publishing demo, along with other three "gems", directed to other artists for record. At that time it was rumoured that Paul was gonna produce and/or collaborate with Cher, and these demos were probably intended for her. Unfortunately, they remain unreleased and the Paul-Cher duet remains just a dream... of mine, at least! Thanks for stopping by ;-)
This is the kind of stuff that Should Have been on their box set they put out a few years ago , it was a cool box set but very basic, cuz they have tons of cool demos they could have used
If you listen closely to this song, ( the way KISS played this song) You get the feeling this is one of the songs that didn't end up at the Crazy Nights Album ! just like these songs, "Dial L For Love", "No Mercy", "Sword and Stone", "Are You Always This Hot", "Best Man For You", "Time Traveler", "When Two Hearts Collide", "Jump The Gun" and "Nightmare".
Y'know... I can see this being a great Disney song at some point. (Don't mistake that as me hating the song, because I love almost all of Paul's demos. Dude was one of the best songwriters back in the day.)
Besides this one, Paul prepared "Time traveller" and "When 2 hearts collide". All incredibly great songs. I have the same doubts you have about why such a great material is still unreleased. Maybe because he doesn't know our opinion! How could we let him know?
@alanmartin42 You can easily find it on a number of bootlegs. The ones I have (with this song and other demos) are: YOU CAN'T ESCAPE HIS KISS (which mainly features Paul's stint in The Phantom Of The Opera) and GOLDEN TRASHES.
@mariorenor "How could we let him know?"... Oh, gosh, I wish I know how to do that! Anyway, on the matter of releasing songs... We (the fans) all have our favourites and an artist has his as well. To make you an example: one of my all time favourite songs is I'm A Legend Tonight (from KILLERS, 1982) and, in the book "Behind The Mask", Paul said he hates it!! When I read that I wanted to tell him "Are you freakin' nuts?! The song is amazing and I EVEN MADE A SHIRT TO HONOR IT!!!" So... :-)
Hi. This song was part of a "publishing demo", in hope to generate interest in other artists to record his material. It was a common practice, back then. Paul probably had never thought of using it for himself or the band. Thanks for your comment + have a nice day.
@@joelutz4348 Yes, I think it was a conscious effort. Paul was a fan of producer Ron Nevison, and in fact he had him producing Crazy Nights. These demos date around - or immediately after - the same time.
@ilovepaulstanley2 No, sorry. Never officially released, it's available on a number of bootleg-cds. And the sound's quality is just as you hear here, so... don't buy anything! ;-)
+yoyoma989 It's already out on a number of bootlegs. I think it will never published officially... Not by Paul, at least. What's "FFS", by the way? :-)
Si haría ina crítica sobre tus acrícilicos ; algunas se destatacan son subrrealistas aceptables ; no todas pintar require imaginacion y tècnica ;. ❣ 👏. 😉
We need a Paul's album where we can find greats lost songs like this.
I completely agree!
year after year, I keep coming back for this demo
That's just nice to hear! It's a great tune for sure. I'm craving for a Stanley's box set, hopefully cheaper than Gene's one, haha! Thanks for stopping by! ;)

Totally agreed! :D
Sounds like Bruce on the solo. Awesome song.
I agree. It was totally Bruce Kulick solo from that time period.
Besides this one, Paul prepared "Time traveller" and "When 2 hearts collide". All incredibly great songs. I have the same doubts you have about why such a great material is still unreleased. Maybe because he doesn't know our opinion! How could we let him know?
Chorus is a little too close to “How do I get you” from Heart Alone.
@mizukimuneda write him trust he does read them but write from the heart & soul.
@alanmartin42

Sounds like a Heart song from the 80's/early90's

@KissFan1997
I wish I knew... There's so much stuff that they don't use!
@Rickberg1966 I totally agree with you. That box was just the tip of the iceberg. And it's already 9 yrs old... so: Time For A New One??! ;-)
I WANT THIS SONGS ??!!!!!
MUST be on a record FFS, put it out.
+yoyoma989 It's already out on a number of bootlegs. I think it will never published officially... Not by Paul, at least.
What's "FFS", by the way? :-)
It stands for "For Fuck's Sake". And now you know :)
sounds like a demo for one of his songs on live to win
