Carol what do you put on your hair because it grows very fast.... Im really curious because my hair grows very slow. May I know please. Thank you in advance.
You prolly dont care but does anybody know a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid lost the login password. I would love any tips you can give me!
El Nido has attracted a lot of tourists around the world so expect it to be busy. Same as with other tropical destinations in the world. If you want to stay in more private islands, book luxury accommodations. You can go off the beaten path also if you want the experience to be more exclusive. Anyway, there are 7000+ islands to choose from in the Philippines. Ask locals; anyone will be happy to help. Enjoy traveling the 🇵🇭
This is the best beach in El Nido that I’ve seen you visit so far! Love the the part when you were just walking and hanging out between the limestones.
My daughter and her friends went on island hopping in el nido and hired their own boat like theres 6 of them. Its much more affordable cos their boat operator is a very nice person and they spent whole day in three islands (3 of the best islands ) and i think its better that way. We might do that next year on our next holiday in philippines! Just choose some of the best islands that you like instead of rushing on many different beaches.
When doing tours, it's sometimes better to rent your own boat. You can go wherever you want and take as much time as you want. Cost a little more, but definitely worth it. Nice vlog, guys!
l visited El Nido in 2015,less crowd and more time on each spot.We had a boat tour too but luckily, there were just 8of us in the boat.So it felt more like we had our own private tour.
We went to elnido. And used it as a starting point for our tao tour . 5 nights touring un spoilt deserted islands . No crowds . Staying in grass huts on the beach . Great way to see the area. Fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations
I miss El Nido Palawan💗 We visited the Philippines multiple times before the pandemic started. We're planning to visit the Philippines again and explore the islands after the pandemic ends. So excited!!
I watch a fair amount of travel videos but yours is one of my favorites. I feel like the the footage you show is very raw and actually what its like in the destinations. Its nice to not always have the perfect Instagram images. I like to avoid the touristy places so its really good to see which places are and aren't.
I am a Filipina and I’ve never been to Palawan.. It is one of my dream destinations in Philippines. Yeah, nice reviews mate! Not just recording videos and putting on nice music background... Honest review which is cool... Atleast we can prepare before we go.. Thank you.
I have to admit I liked your video very much and actually decided to subscribe. This place was on our itinerary up to a couple of days ago and we decided to drop both it and Boracay (which we already visited a few years back) due to having too many places to see and people to visit on our upcoming vacation. Instead we will be spending some time at Bohol, and Alona Beach, as well as Gigantes Islands and Saud Beach at Pagudpud. Maybe next trip we'll get to El Nido. In the mean time watching videos like this are a great way to spend my cold Canadian winter days.
i truly understand how u feel during the island hopping. i was in el nido lastwk, feb 19-22. we did our island hopping on the 21st. we booked tour C through our hotel. so true, they hav to b punctual . if they r late at least they vould inform the guests. we were not able to visit miniloc and secret beach due to survivor that was filming. im not really satisfied of the island hopping because we stayed 25-35mns in one place. surprisingly very crowded each island. i thought less people due to rehabilitation . cadlao lagoon is mind blowing. i love it there because biyfie taught me how to swim
Yeah. Even us locals feel what you feel. I’d think of the tours as like having a quick survey of what’s out there; then I’d hire a private bangka to return to any favorite spots. Pack lunch or ask the boatmen if they cook you lunch (quite a random deal- just makes hope you get a great cook). 😝
When we had tour c, we had an exclusive boat. It is true that the places were in indeed crowded. I like Port Barton instead. We went to this island called cacnipa, about 40 mins boat ride from Port Barton town and it was such an awesome place. I always wanted to go back there.
There are lots of beautiful beaches to choose from try to visit other Islands which are parts of MIMAROPA where Palawan is one of them ( Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan), also try to visit Samar, Masbate, Leyte, Batanes, Tacloban , Zambales, Batangas, Batanes, Camiguin, and a lot more, there are too many paradise Islands in the Philippines and everyone is unique.
Just was at bohol and siquijor, heading to siargao next and hoping to go to romblon after that. Not sure what I will do after that, depends on the time I have... only 3 weeks left now
Thanks for another excellent video and information. Beautiful views and crystal clear water. This vlog is one of the best I've seen of El Nido. I've also seen other vloggers rent a boat all for themselves but can get pricey. Greetings to you and Carol. Keep up the fantastic work.
Actually with my experience in Coron and El Nido, the travel agency we booked with are pretty punctual. So I guess we were probably lucky. :) Although they do cram like 7 locations in a day so we get to only spend like 30-45 mins max each. I think the reason why they cannot compensate with the time lost is because every boat should be docking around 5pm. I forgot why but as far as I could remember it's because of the tide? They should have given you guys an explanation on why they were an hour delayed though, because our guides were always pretty transparent with whatever is going on, like why we need to leave or why we can't leave yet and etc. They pretty much educate us on stuff aside for a bit of the island's history. A few years back I went to El Nido and it wasn't crowded. I think you guys went in with the "surge" when it's getting ever so popular lately, plus the month you went in is almost near the peak season.. Also pink jellies are every where during the summer, while we did went there during Sept and there were less people (well less than summer but still a lot of peeps), and no jellies. Jellies are seasonal. Lastly, tours A and C are the best ones.. A I would totally recommend you shouldn't miss. It's like the crown jewels of El Nido.
You also have to realize that there are very strict environmental controls in the area. The tour groups are not allowed to stay in the area for very long because of the environmental impact the groups will have in the area. Notice as well that you're not allowed to take more than one tour in one day. If you look at it that way, I think you'll have a better understanding and a better appreciation for the efforts that the locals are taking to protect and preserve El Nido and the rest of Palawan.
You could expect more tourists because late February up to the early parts of June is the peak season and also summer in the Philippines. Best months to tour and do island hopping (from experience) is late July-early November (though expect more rains and monsoon during this period, lol).
Oh this was published on my birthday ! Those places were breathtaking ! And yes it sucks they were so crowded ,,,, I’m a new subbie & I found this channel from watching your adventures in my beautiful island of Puerto Rico xoxo
i heard / read so many negative comments about el nido (especially the boat operators / overcrowding / diminishing numbers of marine organisms / over pollution / pricey meals / etc.) not just on peak season it's one of the big reasons why el nido was scratched out from my bucketlist el nido should be the next place to be rehabilitated, just like boracay
I fall in love with this place!!! Absolutely stunning !!! I can stay As long as I want it to be Thanks for this video.... I feel like traveling with you 😳😂except I won’t be able to touch the ocean, only in my imagination. Watching from Virginia 🇺🇸
We just got back from the Philippines and although El Nido was beautiful i wasn’t too impressed. We did tour A and only visited 3 places out of 5 and arrived back early as well. We went to Coron before El Nido and they are much more organized there and it is much more beautiful there. Less rocks or no rocks at all to walk thru to get to any beaches.
Hey there! Yes our coron trip was wayyy better than the El Nido your for sure... I have that video coming out soon showing the tour we did, interesting that you had the same exact experience... I think since it is a separate island it has way less tourists also
We visited both Coron and El Nido few years ago. They both are so beautiful!! The tour operators just need to organize the boat tours more. But we still had a great time the views are breathtaking💗
I feel you. Been to a tour like that. It was a bummer for a vaction. It seemed they don't care about that our time are precious. They need to learn to respect that .Btw...just watching some of your Philippine playlists while doing my exercise tho. This my one way to stay up longer to exercise.Cheers guys! Enjoy El Nido
Thank you brother what a beautiful place el nido.I hope the DENR of palawan regulating the beach from pollution ? removing the illegal structures along the beach easement.thanks and sharing your video.pls keep el nido clean and dont litter your trush.very nice bec its low tide and the boat man are helpful also trained as lifeguard too.
wow, thats a lot of people. I totally agree with you Chris, better do something a little more less touristy. there are still more places to discover around the island so you are not missing much. have fun.
I hate touristy places so i just ask the locals to take me to the secret spots. More vloggers are making videos of every island in the Philippines and this has both good and bad effects.
i truly understand how u feel during the island hopping. i was in el nido lastwk, feb 19-22. we did our island hopping on the 21st. we booked tour C through our hotel. so true, they hav to b punctual . if they r late at least they vould inform the guests. we were not able to visit miniloc and secret beach due to survivor that was filming. im not really satisfied of the island hopping because we stayed 25-35mns in one place. surprisingly very crowded each island. i thought less people due to rehabilitation . cadlao lagoon is mind blowing. i love it there because boyfie taught me how to swim. i enjoyed better our canopy walk, zipline and nacpan
Appreciate the video. Will be heading there in a month and a half and I definitely feel that this video showed me what I should realistically expect. I do have a question though.. do you think the boat tours would let me take off with my drone from the boats itself? It looks like some of those swims are pretty far from the shore and I doubt I'd be able to swim with a drone.
Sometimes I wish the philippines was not so affordable. Many people go there and pay $20-100 a day for a place and it just gets too crowded. Then we complain about the crowds. If it was $1000 a day it would be a lot less crowded. That said, it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I am glad to see the government starting to take the environmental impacts seriously.
True, but so far everywhere else I have been has been pretty much empty and chill. Even coron wasn’t so bad so I guess El Nido is just at a touristy level of its own, maybe Boracay matches it from what people say but the rest seems fine 😁
Landmantx you could choose on 7,614 island hehehe this is not this places that could offer you. All you need is be friendly to locals and they would gladly tell you where at place are unseen for most tourist. A different island is a lot to offer and how much more if you could travel in all 7,614 island in this country. As one of the Filipino community that subscriber on your channel they will help you.. good luck
Hey guys, just seen your first vid. Awesome. Sadly, Palaway, specifically El Nido, Coron and area are such a tourist magnet. Which for all intents and purposes, it should be because it is one amazing, stunning, breath taking place. But that definitely comes with a lot of negatives. Too crowded, boat traffic, garbage, wreaking havoc to the ocean and all the corals/life, to people taking advantage of foreigners. The money is flowing which is great for these communities but I hope that the local and even federal government would step in and have a much more strict policies and regulations in place before it's too late. But I also have you say that not everyone local is out to "scam" people. Most realize that if the tourists don't come, no $$$. Most people are aware of that and are respectful of that so I hope this experience you had didn't taint your view of the island and it's people.
i suggest you get your own private boat.. next time you visit during off season in coron i just paid 2,500 pesos for one whole boat for the whole day instead of going on group tours. we had the boat for the whole day and we chose where to go and the boat crew suggested us to those not so crowded island. so next time better do that its cheaper and more convenient and hassle free.
Reminds me of the speedboat tour of islands I did from Krabi, Thailand. All the islands were really beautiful, but we had very little time, and Maya beach was insanely crowded.
If you want less tourist i suggest try tao expedition philippines 🏝🏝🏝 there you can stay and live like the locals do... Its pretty expensive but you can stay in remote islands of palawan for 5 days
The limestone formations I have seen only in 4 places namely El nido and Coron Palawan, Caramoan in Camarines Sur, and Halong Bay in Vietnam. Im not aware you see them all over in South East Asia. Please correct me if I am wrong.
@@JumpingPlaces oh that's really unlucky because its like discovering a differnet world diving. Try and visit siquijor if you can it's a lot quieter than bohol, boracay and el nido.
@@JumpingPlaces how does the Philippines rate compared to Belize and Costa Rica so far. I was tempted by central america but was put off by prices especially hotels and flight from the UK.
The beauty in the Philippines is way more probably, this whole place just seems to have beautiful scenery.. the food in Belize and Costa Rica is a lot better though
If the timing for each tour is less than the time they set.... For me even im local.... I feel like they cheated me.... So its not good.... But the place is relly stunning and amazing.... Thanks for visiting my country....
Will if you like a very quiet beach or place you should visit Lumayag sandbar location in san isedro Mabini Bohol Philippine . I guarantee just ur self in the beach stay alls day just bring your own food . Nearest hotel Anda Mabini bohol also we have white beach
Mostly do not go between March to May its crowded no point unless your into a crowded scene. And just go DIY find a trusted fixer aka tour guide, its easy to navigate around the islands.
Nature is amazing so is your love and understanding. My goodness, it goes so well with the nature. Please make a video on how you and Carrol met, how you proposed her and so on. We really want to hear about love. You have no idea about how much calmness it gives us watching both of you in absolute harmony. Kundan Nayak from Houston, Texas.
Coron is so beautiful never seen place like this I been in so many countries but this one is hard to top it.... it’s so mesmerizing they were at a different level.... I went to Maldives and Bora Bora this is one of them ... stunning blue water....👍👍👍
There are over 7000 island in the philippines not only El nido there are a white sand beaches over the country. So good luck have a good time and enjoy the holiday
We have 7600++ islands you are welcome to explore all of it it but thank you for visiting the country you must try to go to other tourist spots because EL NIDO is getting popular and getting busy while some other islands in the country has lesser tourists
Your partner Carolina(?) is silent most of the time. We want to hear more from her. She's pretty and sexy. We want her to be happy in this tour and express her happiness in the video. Proceed to Camiguin Island. There are wonderful areas for snorkeling; huge clams, variety of fishes and corals so alive. And the beaches and volcanoes look so amazing. It's not as touristy as Palawan.
El Nido's Shoreline is packed with restaurants. Leaving only a small portion of sand. El Nido needs massive rehabilitation just like Boracay. Encroachment is everywhere.
hi nice vlogs about the philippines if you can go to minoloc island and lagen island if you want a peaceful palawan, but yes expensive.. experience el nido is touristy area just a tip, enjoy!!!

Yeah I still thought it was awesome, just could be organized a little bit better 😁
i suggest you get your own private boat.. next time you visit during off season in coron i just paid 2,500 pesos for one whole boat for the whole day instead of going on group tours. we had the boat for the whole day and we chose where to go and the boat crew suggested us to those not so crowded island. so next time better do that its cheaper and more convenient and hassle free.
The clarity of your under water video is lovely. What camera do you use?
Reminds me of the speedboat tour of islands I did from Krabi, Thailand. All the islands were really beautiful, but we had very little time, and Maya beach was insanely crowded.
If you want less tourist i suggest try tao expedition philippines 🏝🏝🏝 there you can stay and live like the locals do... Its pretty expensive but you can stay in remote islands of palawan for 5 days
Cheers!
Yeah I plan on doing this next time but it is pricy. Once in a lifetime experience though
thank you for this video .. planning to go there next year. stunninggggg
Awesome, head to port barton and coron if you have the chance!
i just watch the other videos so yea 👍
You will have a blast 😁
Yes too crowded not relaxing but amazing view its like a paradise👍
You should try the tao expedition 5 days island hopping..
Yes Perfect Views oh my God👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Yes I got to see El Nido and Coron before they become zombie islands....will be there next month...
Yeah coron was amazing, I have that video coming out soon
Hey man where to next? Loving the Philippines? Can’t wait to see what’s on the list
Thailand and then indonesia, after that not sure but possibly India and Sri Lanka
I can’t wait to go to el nido and Palawan and coron looks super fun .... also thank you for the video such a great video God bless you all
Thanks man! I have the coron video up also. Also another amazing island hopping in port barton which is a must I think. When are you heading there?
Wao, I am speechless, so beautiful and amazing. Thanks for share.
Thanks for watching buddy 👍
The limestone formations I have seen only in 4 places namely El nido and Coron Palawan, Caramoan in Camarines Sur, and Halong Bay in Vietnam. Im not aware you see them all over in South East Asia. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Great videos! What software do you use to edit your videos with? Safe travels!
Hey buddy, adobe premier pro :)
If you love snorkeling you should learn to scuba dive. One of the cheapest places to do it in world and amazing dive sites.
Wish I could but unfortunately I have pressure problems with my ears when I go under water 😭
@@JumpingPlaces oh that's really unlucky because its like discovering a differnet world diving. Try and visit siquijor if you can it's a lot quieter than bohol, boracay and el nido.
Yeah I am planning to head to Siquijor soon after bohol 😁 heading to bohol today
@@JumpingPlaces how does the Philippines rate compared to Belize and Costa Rica so far. I was tempted by central america but was put off by prices especially hotels and flight from the UK.
The beauty in the Philippines is way more probably, this whole place just seems to have beautiful scenery.. the food in Belize and Costa Rica is a lot better though
you guys gives very good trip report.much better than all vlogers who travel in the philippines.gives real honest review. cheers
Thanks for the tips!
Mostly do not go between March to May its crowded no point unless your into a crowded scene. And just go DIY find a trusted fixer aka tour guide, its easy to navigate around the islands.
Thanks for the info :D
How did you guys find a place to stay like that? Is there a website or did you asked around when you got there?
Wow so crowded back then but now you and Carol owns these islands. 😅
The view is stunning thank u very much for the video
Yeah the views were something else!
Nice Vlog! You just earned a new subscriber 🙌👏❤
Thanks! A lot more to come once I get good internet!
Sweet vlog bro. Helpful info
Me and my friends always do DiY. Getting a boat on your own is much better. Well if you're travelling by group.
Yeah definitely the better option 😁
Nature is amazing so is your love and understanding. My goodness, it goes so well with the nature. Please make a video on how you and Carrol met, how you proposed her and so on. We really want to hear about love. You have no idea about how much calmness it gives us watching both of you in absolute harmony. Kundan Nayak from Houston, Texas.
Always book a private boat. Its a bit expensive but worth it.
Yeah definitely better! Where are you from?
Tudo muito lindo como sempre. Paisagens maravilhosa ❤
😍😍😍😍
HONEST. thus, VERY HELPFUL💙
Glad you liked the honesty :D
i like carols' comment "PERFECT" !!!
Hidden beach was definitely perfect 👍
Coron is so beautiful never seen place like this I been in so many countries but this one is hard to top it.... it’s so mesmerizing they were at a different level.... I went to Maldives and Bora Bora this is one of them ... stunning blue water....👍👍👍
Palawan has it all. If you think maldives and bora bora has this kind of miles of turquoise water. Check Balabac in South Palawan.
What’s the name of the boat company you toured with?
El nido 4th best island hopping in palawan, the 1st is way down in Balabac
I wanted to go there but heard it can be dangerous so I was unsure
There are over 7000 island in the philippines not only El nido there are a white sand beaches over the country. So good luck have a good time and enjoy the holiday
Yeah been to other places since this video, all amazing and chill! Will have those vids up once I get good WiFi 😁
The music tho nice editing bro
Thanks!
I agree, Nice place though, but it'll be best if it has less crowd if you want to relax. Im sure you enjoyed the water and the sun.
Yeah it was still a good experience either way
We have 7600++ islands you are welcome to explore all of it it but thank you for visiting the country you must try to go to other tourist spots because EL NIDO is getting popular and getting busy while some other islands in the country has lesser tourists
Yeah just left bohol now which was super chill! Heading to Siquijor on a ferry as we speak... these. Ids will be up once I get good WiFi 😁
YeH she is very shy lol and we mainly only talk in Portuguese so it isn’t very natural for us to have conversations in English.
@@JumpingPlaces probably that guy should watch Carol's kayaking vlog, she pretty much look like Indian :)
Wow! What camera are you using?
Cannon g7x mark 2, gopro hero 6 and dji mavic pro drone
1:33 - sidewalks should be mandatory anywhere in PH, especially in resort towns!
Thanks for the tips! Yeah I knew El Nido would be touristy but I guess it was even more than I was expecting
There’s tour A , B and C in el nido I sure miss it a lot too bad we have the virus our flight to phils should be tomorrow 🙁
Less touristy, go somewhere North...Go to Batanes...Las Casas Filioinas de Azucar...Baler....Philippinea does have 7000 plus islands😄
I really like your video reaction about El Nido...New subscriber here....
Thanks, have you been?
i subbed to ur channel and i felt good how u enjoyed being in our country..
Thanks for subbing!
@@JumpingPlaces you are always welcome..❤❤
