The living area looks like a small beach house restaurant. The layout can be converted to a small resto but this is really good place for family very spacious.👌 👌

.still even not a hightide the beach should be wider, its pretty obvious to me that people built their buildings near the sea.. they should move back or else the sea will teach them how to respect nature..

It should be the same owner of buko resort, we went there again after this and it was still the same owner. When we went there last time though a family of the owner was living there so maybe its just not available to rent out now anymore

Research the true prices and your travels costs and hotel stays will be a fraction of what your paying. I built a small new, Philippino, style house, to live in all made from hollow blocks for less than one thousand dollors. In Asia I have allways stated to any hotel, manager what I'm willing to pay after researching the true price. 100% they accept my offer with the words often spoke that I KNOW TO MUCH.

I was thinking of the same thing. Saw that movie in the mid-90s, then started rewatching it almost every two years or so since 2017. It's an amazing film. My favorite Hitchock movie is Vertigo but something about The Birds pulls me in. I did live in the Bay Area year later and see many crows there. Yes, watch it Chris and Carol.

We used to have the same problem with birds in our old house. We usually catch them when they trap themselves in curtains.

Wait, they just left their laptop in the very open beach house, where you have a lot of access to get in to, without worried of it being stolen??
We also put the laptop in the locked room when we would go out
