Thanks for the video CTB. The Wahl quality is top notch but there are so many options when it comes to liners. I’ll try these out when the time is right. Awesome video and review, bro.
The ergonomics and the blade on this trimmer are top-tier. You cut Kevin’s video part out. We need to know about the spec. What kind of motor is in this trimmer?
I’m a big fan of the blade as well. I’m testing out like 6 or 7 of the popular trimmers right now and nothing is as thin and small as this wahl blade. I can detail around my moustache and beard super precisely. The competition all use the same style blade (saber, babyliss, tpob… all same blade design). The only thing I’m starting to notice lately that’s bothering me is that it’s starting to drag on my cheeks as I trim my beard. Any recommendations for that? I oiled it today and zero gapped it a while back and still feels like it’s dragging. Maybe I should reduce the gap? Wish they made it with a gold titanium coated blade. They don’t even sell replacement blades yet but I emailed them n they said replacement blades will be in stock soon. No idea if there will be a gold one though. I find the gold blades like on the babyliss fx3 to be super smooth and comfortable on the skin yet sharp
Your zero gap and how the Thin the back blade might not allow it to glide smooth on the skin. The thinner the back blades are the more chance they catch pores.
How is the noise level I stopped using wahl detailers cordless they are just loud. Sabers are nice but when lining your self up in front that blue light shines in your eyes lol Babyliss trimmers are still best for me.
And only for the beard design and straight and sharp lines is it better and more reliable? I want a machine that will make sharp lines without injuring the skin with cuts...
Give it a few weeks. The blade will begin to snag BADLY smh… Babyliss trimmers hate it or love it are still too tier and the best in the game period…. And this is coming from someone that literally hates cordless… but nothing is more reliable and more worth the cost than a Babyliss trimmer.
@@briom1425 yk everytime I see someone hating on the gtx they’re usually a babyliss or stylecraft fanatic …the gtx gives out 🔥 lines lines better than the gold fx yet it gets hate because it doesn’t have the consistent power like it’s corded version?(no cordless clipper does)
Appreciate the review Concise! Keep crushing it bro.

Rotary motor
@@Wahlpro what’s the rpm’s in the hiviz motor?
6800@@FaTaL1h
This trimmer ramps up it's RPM's just like the Vector motor trimmer. Except this has a brushed motor
I think I want this. I don't have any wahl products
It’s really nice
Come join the family 😎
They hit for sure. That blade is interesting.

Ok Kevin podolak !! lets bring out that brushless wahl senior, clip, legend so i can go back to wahl products... untill then is babyliss!!
👀👀
I’d have to agree with you on this one. Nothing out there cordless is beating Babyliss. And you of all people know how much I love Wahl.
What is the best trimmer out the box that hit the sharpest for lining up beard?
lining the beard ..this trimmer...
@@ConcisetheBarber ok. appreciate it man.
What do you think about it compared to the detailer
i like these better
What lengths of attachment combs are available for Wahl hi-viz trimmer? 4.5 mm or maybe 5 mm? (sorry for my English).
i dont believe that there is any attachment guards
Thank you for sharing you’re helping me make my decision on what to buy next. I was going to go for bespoke or the skeleton version of the high vis.
You’re welcome
Great video!

Hello I have a video for such ruclips.net/video/oFdkj6SYB8w/видео.htmlsi=hNqi_iUDwQQGo6Vq
What's the best trimmer for trimming my neck and upper cheeks bald? Keeping my beard short but I have a trimmer for that
How is the noise level I stopped using wahl detailers cordless they are just loud. Sabers are nice but when lining your self up in front that blue light shines in your eyes lol
Babyliss trimmers are still best for me.
The noise level isn’t that bad .. reminds me of Babyliss trimmers ..
Babyliss trimmers get louder in 10 months…🤦🏾♂️😖
Just bought these I like them did you set the blade closer using the tool or just out the box
Do you think this machine is better than saber or babyliss fx?
Line up and design work .. yes .. but not all around like the other two
And only for the beard design and straight and sharp lines is it better and more reliable? I want a machine that will make sharp lines without injuring the skin with cuts...
Is the blade smooth when set close?
i havent touched the blade and the more i use it the better it gets ...so its not bad at all
Can u put the detailer blade on it?
No I don’t believe you can
They hit hit straight out the box?
Yup
