Your metabolism will play a major role. Change your diet, take Niacin, B-Complex, and a good multi-vitamin. I used to be a daily smoker for 4 months, I was clean. Just one way to tell if you have a fast metabolism is how fast you sweat, lose weight, etc. Drinkiing lots of water will help with Cortisol level removing most of the stress. (If not all if you drink 1.5 gallons a day) Just take B2 4 hours before the test and don't dilute it.

I wasn't a heavy smoker (only did it in social settings with friends so like once a month and even less because of covid) at those times it was usually out of my system within like 5 days. But in December I smoked several times a day for a month (let's say I finished 7gs during that time). Its been 2 weeks since I've stopped. Update: I passed it, basically I bought a juicer made like 4 & half water bottles worth of juice not all the way full, before putting the juice in the bottle put it all in a big pitcher so it can all mix properly(3 big beets, 10 celery, 1 whole kale, 1 small ginger(not tiny), 1 lime no skin, like 10 apples( everything with skin scrub wash good) it took almost an hour to make the juice 😅 I drink a bottle everything and try to drink as much water as possible & I bought THE CLEANER 7 DAY WOMAN FORMULA I took 2 in the am & 2 at night ( I didn’t made the juice every week I think I only made it twice and the pills o would take for like 4 days and stop) it all took 1 months (and prayed too🙏✅)(I also stopped eating animal products besides cheese & eggs)I had blood test and urine

Those tests check if you have smoked recently like the day before or 2 days before the drug test. Thc doesn’t stay in saliva for long so that’s why your clear. I also thought those types tests were bull

Most likely you would not give a positive reading if tested after that amount of time. However, metabolic function and kidney health can make it take much longer for some people. Drink plenty of water if you want to get ready for a test asap. Traces of the drug saturate your blood until your kidneys can filter it all out through millions of microscopic tissue structures called nephrons. This takes 6-12 hours for most people. The urine test takes a lot longer not because the drug stays in your blood for weeks, but because the trace amounts collect in the filtering units of your kidneys and continue to secrete in small amounts into your urine. Drinking more helps for saliva swab testing as well. A higher water intake will lead to a rise in blood volume and Renal perfusion, causing you to urinate more and filter the drug out of your blood stream and connective tissues faster. In addition to water, THC is a very lipophilic compound, meaning it will adhere very quickly to fat molecules etc. So a fatty meal shortly before a swab test may also help strip the drug molecule from your saliva for a short duration after eating.

I know this comment is old but I thought I'd share my experience for those who are interested.
I smoked 2 bowls a day from a bong for 2 months and tested positive 30 days after. I'm 6 ft, 85 Kg. Not fat and work out a lot. Judging by the charts that show the duration weed stays in your body, I am considered a "heavy user".

Yo I’m getting annoyed at this point, I stopped maybe 3 weeks ago, and I didn’t even smoke every day, I smoked maybe 4 days out the week, and would have to wait like 3 days every week to buy more. I been drug testing myself everyday for 5 days and it still hasn’t came negative. This is BS!

Even if you smoke multiple weeks, if it’s only 1 time a week it’s still considered a one time use because 1 use will be gone in a week so it just keeps resetting.

I_bombhills I mean I could taste it a little bit after I took a hit. It was faint due to the fact that their wasn’t much left in my coworkers vape. He modded his old vape pen and was able to smoke it out of there. It was low so idk if I got much of a high out of it because the taste was very very faint. It was a few days ago so now I don’t have the scent of weed on me anymore, but idk if it’s still in my system or if it even was to begin with considering i barely had any. I did take two hits but I only tasted it the first time because I think it ran out after that
