My 2015 Encore also has the sideways backout warning if you are backing out of a spot and can't see the cars that are crossing the road as you are pulling out. THis is my favorite feature since pulling out of my driveway onto the street is difficult because cars are parked on the street, further blocking my view of the up and down traffic.
cjcversion1 Its hard to say. It would be best if you can sit in both vehicles you are considering and judge for yourself. Sorry I can't be more help but I don't want to steer you wrong.

I am 6' 4" and whether a car fits tall people or not is really about if they are taller in legs or in the torso. My waist to heal is 50". I don't fit in most cars. @@USFanLovesMinHo
this car is very nice and is what I would like for my busy life style. what about leg room in the front? I am 5ft 11in tall? What about other colors for interior, besides white/biege that was shown in add? With these questions being answered, its a surw possibility of me buying this car in 2016. Love this video. Let this man do more of them? Thanks, Nell/St. Louis Mo.
Mike, I've always wondered why Buick never built this Encore on the Equinox/Terrain platform. Bigger vehicle with more interior room with Buick's luxury upgrades would've been a big seller. I'm guessing the Chinese built Envision will fill that role.
@@kingkota2302 The current generation Enclave shares the Terrains architecture. The Enclave as it was designed at the time of this initial post (2015-2016) did not share the smaller Terrains architecture.

What a totally awesome review Mike!!! I've always had Foreign made vehicles, but because my mechanic of 12+ years encouraged me to look at something other than a VW Jetta & 3 Series or X3 BMW (he said they weren't making them like they use to) I started looking @ Buick. Gotta admit that I said I would NEVER do Domestic, but your video is really making me excited... plus the fact that my dad had a '71 Buick Lesabre years past. I have no children and petite so this size would be perfect! I am so looking forward to a test drive. Tell me please, how is it against bumpy roads? The suspension? Does it hug the road? Is it fun to drive long distances? Easy to park? How is it against the wind? Hey thanks once again Mike!

I really like how u described every detail to this car makes me even more excited to get mines thanks
I think this crossover would be great for me for my first car it's a nice size and I like the features of the car
It’s expensive though.
Thanks so much! I just bought this awesome car and was in need of a walk through of all the buttons.
I Love The Buick Encore !! Im on my 2nd one ! Great Car And I Think Its A Beautiful Car!!
Excellent tour of this Encore.
Thank you so much.
I am planning to go look at one tomorrow. Now I won’t be clueless when I get there.
Well done 👍

Good job man. I just signed a lease for the base model yesterday. I appreciate you and your information on the vehicle.
@ John Lorince
A leased base model Encore? Sounds like a real babe magnet....lol.
+J High yeah man..the wife likes it much.
John Lorince She'll probably make you put a baby car seat in the back as well.
This was an awesome review of the car - I am going to test drive it because of this review :)
NIce video thank´s
Do you have access to an Encore Touring Sport and drive it ???? I´d love to see some comparison or just your opinion on IT ?
this is nearly perfect except no center arm rest and HUGE blind spots. I'm still going to give this one a test drive very soon :)
It has an arm rest for the driver and the mirrors have blind spot detectors
Also your side mirrors can be adjusted to see your blinds spots and honestly their aren't even that many in the first place.
Thank you Mike! I hope my loan for this exact model with 6k mileage gets approved today.Just tired of cheaply made suv brands.
Great review. A tad bit long.
As far as leg room, do you think a 6'4" guy would fit in there well. I thinking about the Encore or Jeep Renegade.
