Ive always thought " summer shred" programs DURING summer are kinda not the right timing. How about during winter/spring so when summer is here you feel better/"look better" Better yet, just move your body and make healthier choices all year round instead of a 4-8 week time period

Also incorporating appropriate exercise within your physical limitations to prevent injury, and also eating a variety of of healthy foods including the required number of calories determined by a licensed professional qualified to do so… oh and ketones are NOT a part of this equation 😅

With all the appeal to emotion and the mindset stuff I think she's making it sound more complicated than it needs to be so that she can simplify it all down to "just take our products, that's what's most important." Except, it isn't.

Also, growing out my pixie, it'll take about 16months, but I'm constantly growing it out then chopping it all off. Four years ago my hair was past my shoulders and then I cut it short and shaved the sides, the 17 year old I worked with was so upset he didn't talk to me for 3 days 😆.
I fasted for a while as part of my weight loss. Now that I achieved my goal, my dietitian works with me for the maintenance part of the program. I have re-integrated breakfast into the program. My goal now is to maintain my current weight and not gain it back. 😊

You need some body fat to be healthy. Insulin is necessary to allow your cells to use carbs (which your brain needs, cannot function withot carbs) and insulin is absorbed via the fat cells. Source: dietitions and endocrinologists; I've been type 1 diabetic for over 23 years, I have to be educated on this stuff.

The better attitude with your kid could be just that: a better attitude. Parenting is unspeakably tough, but some of that mood shift can be helped by positive self-talk, doing *actual* self development and working to be a more patient and considerate parent. You'll still have a hard job, but attitude plays a part. There is no miracle supplement that will make you a better parent. If you're struggling as a parent, please seek therapy from someone who works with families and can help you with your mental health around this subject.
Yuck. I hypermetabolize caffeine and my ADHD is entirely untreated. Caffeine in whatever form is actually beneficial to me, helping me focus and giving me a mood boost. Even if that weren't true, my food habits are none of your business.
Can I just say that you can absolutely improve at something by more than 100%!? For example, I dance. At some point I was 100% better than my starting point. Does that mean I'd reached the ultimate top and couldn't get any better? No, I continued to improve further and I've still got miles to go. I understand that the "Improve by 1% every day" annoys you, but it is by no means as illogical as it might sound. I've been meaning to say that for ages as it always sits a bit wrong with me when you criticise that particular point. I hope you don't take this the wrong way. 😅 Great video as usual. ❤️
