Looks almost like an affiliate version of the CBS News 1991-96 graphics. Simply insert the logo of your CBS affiliate, newscast title and time on the right side. Like for KKTV in Colorado Springs/Pueblo. That 11NEWS logo would fit on the right next to the CBS eye. Come to think of it, the CBS eye almost has a striking resemblance to the Colorado flag.
