I know some people criticize for having so many projects going at once, but I love that you're always making progress on *something*. Inspirational to get out and work on the projects I have.
Hey Rich, I hope you see this. I just want to say thank you for your patience, perseverance and hard work both on and off duty. Thank you for your hard work to bring us these great videos.
Casey, great work as always. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the new time lapse music. I know the change was made quite a while ago, but I still appreciate it. Thank you for listening to your audience.
Your power hour/ empower hour workouts are fast becoming my favourite Saturday morning routine. This one did not disappoint. Love the love bomb at the end, moving with your crew. Hope you raised lots of money, sadly can't donate from Australia ❤ Thanks again Michelle and team, amazing workout.
This is my favorite build of yours Casey. I'm impressed how you've been able to use parts from other unfinished projects (sorry) to get this one going. I was blown away by the frame especially. Thanks for this video series.
I've been all over the v8 civic build. This is the first corvette video I've caught. I definitely noticed this frame. I have to go back and figure out what it is. This guy is...I mean...I am into his style. He has adopted an old school chopper/rat rod methodology. I dig it.
DUDE Casey, I love the relationship that you have with your editor. The hilarious 😂 😆 jokes & jabs between you two, priceless. The Corvette is sooo sweet! What an opportunity for you. The envy of the town, the classic Corvette club..... prestige and elegant living. Casey is moving up in the world 🌎. Move'n on up, to the big time. To that sweet penthouse in the sky. You Rock Casey! Great video 📸. Thanks.
Love the channel. NOBODY uses the rubber gaskets in the China wall. Run a 1/4 bead of gasket sealer along both of them, then let them firm up for a few minutes, then set the intake down & tighten. You’ll thank me later.
Let’s say you do the intercoolers and make 500hp at 15lbs of boost. If you run it without intercoolers, in order to get 500hp you’re going to need more like 20-25 lbs of boost. The intercoolers make more power with less boost. Without them it takes more boost to make the same amount of power.
@@CaseysCustoms yes sir, having intercoolers changes the density of the air going into the motor which in turn allows more power with less boost needed 👍
You're moving right along on this build, I can already see the title of your next video; THE BEST HOT ROD CORVETTE BUILD EVER HITS THE ROAD FOR THE FIRST TIME!
Bring the engine up on compression on #1 cylinder make sure piston is top dead center point rotor of distributor towards #1 drop the distributor in and go set with timing light

@@Enter-a-name55 thanks dad. You just showed that you are a negative asshat who has to belittle strangers on the internet for self gratification. Have fun playing with yourself tonight big guy. Good job.
Hey buddy love your videos keep up the good work. Just want you to know the 63 Corvettes are some of the hardest trim to find for those back windows so do some research before you change it
Well 2 in and one out intercooler is what you need and yes you have room for one in front of the radiator. You’re complicating an easy task, don’t try 2 okay 👌🏻.
Hi again would it be better to make a 90 degree bend on the turbo mounts so exhaust exits straight back. It may help with the intercooler piping too😊😊.
A Casey just my train of thought the Turbo's inlet facing inwards might not be the best setup because they're gonna be drawing in all sorts of Hot air from the engine and the radiator if you switch them around you'd have a better shot at some cooler air from what would be the inner fender area
Casey I molded los of hot rods ..we used to make 32 ..3 window Ford coups and 41 Willy's ..we also sold kits ..but recommend u look at ur stress points an brace an restructure lots of areas so it don't bend and crack on u brother
Those electricians home sweats are cool and all, but Matco has some unibits that are lifetime warranty and put those things to shame. They’re. Made by Astro pneumatic, but the Matco version has the 1/4 impact shank. They’re bitchin buddy
Pretty gutsy using that fuel injection. First time bad on them , second time bad on you. Must of gave you a lot of money to be that loyal , but we do watch you do things twice. Hehehe
You got your toy video, now quit teasing the van in the background! lol Would the intercoolers fit in the fenders? Like literally how it's sitting on it, just under it? Then you could do fender vents that function.
Like the video please! 🫡🫡
It’s coming together 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
Ok I will
Okay, I liked it /ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\
@CaseysCustoms just do a single big intercooler with two openings on one end going to a single outlet
Damn you got a lot of work to do

Right the bass and music that fits it's good other parts don't fit lady music I'm like what why only gearheads here
Bro, please don't run the exhaust out of the fenders. The exhaust will look nasty, exiting the middle under the rear bumper. 2 big 3.5" tips 😎
Love this thing, can’t wait to see even more!

I love it! This has to be your best build. Thanks for sharing with us.
Good stuff. Nice to see it can be a split window also
Damn Casey that thing is going to be SWEET!!!
The “that was bad” face cracked me up 😆
You need a "CANISTER FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER" kit. You can run had through it with pressure from an air compressor like a mini and portable fuel tank.
Yeah give him a pressurized canister of fuel. THAT SHOULD WORK OUT VERY WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love your channel and all your builds Casey………keep them coming
Glad to see you're making it a split window. I mean why the hell not! 👍
That intro🎉
🙌
, love the way your using classic rocker covers, ~ era correct look ~ will look awesome, coming together Casey, it's coming together 👆🏻💯
Cool ride!!
I love the finned valve covers... i have some for my big block k5... and finned oil pan.
When the rotary projects is coming common you can does
Looks like ACE's EFi are pretty cool !
Run on e85 helps with intake air temps
You can get some used intercoolers from a second gen Mitsubishi Eclipse. They are small maybe you could use them. They were made for side mounting .
I wish I had the knowledge you have everything you make is awesome
Hell yeah Brother! 🤘👌
Put the inercoolers in the tops of the fenders above the struts if possible and make vents leading into the intercoolers on either side if possible
Let's go Casey
Dude! Came for the civic, staying for the sick other builds! ❤️🔥
Super Cool!!!

I run gasket sealer with the rubber. Never had any issues. I do agree just the rubber is bad idea though
One of the most iconic cars 63, or 64 build specific windows.
I'm loving the chanel mate your showing what its really like to work on cars at home or small work shop keep up the great work your piss funny lol
Read the directions on setting the distributor. You have to set the cam sync in the dual pick up distributor.
😂Richard with the donuts joke clip was hilarious
You can run a air to water intercooler. Just another option I guess.

Check out the side mount intercoolers used in 2000-2005 VW Jetta/Golf 1.8t cars. One on each side would work great!

Answer to your intercooler room problem - Hood Scoop!
My twin turbo kit I ran a dual in single out intercooler
@@supersam033 i was looking at one of those last night
Looking good. Also Chevy killed the split window half way through the 63 model year
Water to air intercooler like VW has been doing for decades? Just an idea...
like it chevy hot rod
Sweet build. Interested to see if the fuel pump spot has enough drain back for 2 turbos. Been thinking about tryin that too.

Wish you did tis one little less cray, something that could be daily. That would be Schweet ! LOL
They make a 2 in and 1 out the top right in the middle. Then you can run right in throttle body.

Can't you run just one intercollegiate and lay it flat under the turbos and make a scoop underneath to channel the air or run some fans
Casey may be alot of things, but dumb is not one of them...
Take that, Mister Richard the editor!!
Small chance it blew the intake gasket when it backfired.
