Out of 155 coasters, nothing I have rode is more painful than All American Triple Loop at Indiana Beach. Everytime it transitions, you bang your head back and forth on the shoulder harness that comes down like an accordion. It is a long ride too so it brings the pain repeatedly.
Kinda knew Green Lantern was gonna be on this list lmfao, I've heard all the horror stories about this thing #2 is basically Hero at Flamingo Land in England, which looks absolutely horrific. The fact you ranked it *that* low really says a lot about the four mad lads who rode that Zamperla Volare all day for charity XD
It occurred to me that my personal "worst of manufacturer" list wouldn't be that interesting because I tend to avoid riding coasters with terrible reputations (no, I am not a true enthusiast who will ride the horrible ones just for the cred). But I have ridden Drachen Fire and I was sore for days.
When im looking at the worst coaster i try to weigh the ride's intentions, west coaster is meant to be a little pier coaster, wild thing is meant to be an extreme coaster and doesnt do a great job at it
The worst coaster ever made was Drachen Fire at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Fun fact: it was so terrible, that after they closed the ride, it just sat there, for a while. Anyway, the park train would pass by right next to the ride and every time the train guide would be like "AND DONT LOOK OUT THAT SIDE OF THE TRAIN!!!!"

Special mention to Cobraen in Tivoli Friheden by Sartori rides. It's absolutely the worst coaster I've ever ridden, and its poor construction ended up killing a 14-y/o girl.
I definitely am in the minority about the Wonder Woman/Jersey Devil (which I haven't ridden yet) I think the RMC single rails are more enjoyable than most of their hybrid's. I don't mind the ots restraints and feel like the layouts hit just right for me. I could marathon Wonder Woman at MM, and I could do at least 3 in a row on Golden Lasso at FT
WWFOC at SFMM is one of the worst roller coasters i’ve ridden, which isn’t saying much since i’ve only been on 55 coasters. it’s the worst adult coaster at SFMM

It was my daughter's first looping coaster, her first coaster she went on by herself, and is a good introduction coaster for kids. The helix at the end when the trim brakes are off/down is pretty fun.
Kings Dominion was my home park growing up and I can say with confidence is that the only fans of Anaconda are under the age of 10 and the person that has to approve the money to tear it down.
If Flashback had the right restraints and was indoors with the right theming it could be amazing. I really liked it, but I had to ride it in extreme defensive posture.

I've been on SooperDooperLooper once during my visit to Hersheypark back in 2005 and while it is is nowhere near my top favorite coasters that I have been on, it kinda reminded me of Revolution at Six Flags Magic Mountain at the time I rode it. And yes- I know Revolution it still around. I'm just saying that SooperDooperLooper reminded me of it at the time.
I got back on Jersey Devil again this year, excited from all the people saying it was so much faster than opening season. Well if it was, I couldn't tell. I rode it 4 or 5 times throughout the day and it was just not that great. The smaller single rail coasters are far more fun. I have to agree, Firebird is absolutely abysmal. Vortex is glass smooth compared to that ride. I actually like Vortex personally. I don't understand why people say it's so rough, I don't find it rough at all.
Interesting that you called Gerstlauers either jarringly rough or butter smooth. While I've only ridden four coasters from them (Van Helsing's Factory, G'sengte Sau, Karacho and Goldrush), I thought that the two infinities had shaky moments or a rattle, but far from outright rough. Could just be that they were more well kept than other ones and of course it wasn't as noticable because they only had lapbars.
Ok a few disagreements here Jersey devil love that ride one of my favorites number 2 the twist toboggan omg I love that ride I use to go on it all the time at Hershey park 2 years before they got the super Doppler looper ok and one thing we agree on Hercules omg what a rough ass ride you go on that and get off your whole body hurts but if they still had it I'd ride it
i was unfortunate to have gotten a ride on harley quinn at SFDK and the best way to describe how rough it was is being inside a blender that was turned on while simultaneously being dragged by a car on a dirt road
If you want to see the REAL WORST CCI, I would highly recommend Theme Park Review's POV of the Hurricane at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion. I have never experienced a rougher roller coaster. I never rode Son of Beast, so I can't speak much to that coaster's pain level. I think jersey Devil and Roar are great rides. Devil was slow the first year but has gotten much better. Also, didn’t rmc make Hell Cat at Clementon Park? That’s the worst coast anywhere
I used to ride iron wolf a lot when I was a kid and actually I was pissed when they removed it. It's a shame it's so bad now. Believe it or not it was a blast to ride back in the day. I used to frequent great America. I live 45 minutes away. Also shock wave was the best! The cry babies ruined it.
Flashback is the worst coaster I've ever been on. We rode it on the way out of Magic Mountain since it was at the entrance and had no line at all! After that ride, I had to drive back to San Diego and was in so much pain, I had to pull over a half dozen times to flex and stretch ... awful experience!
Vekoma for me has to be Infusion SLC at Blackpool. The fact that they took off two cars so there's only 8 makes it run insanely faster and really uncomfortable.
Huracan isn't that bad i ve done worse gerstlauers. I do completly with bumblebee that isn't a coaster in my opnion and woody in spain is horrible. As for Gouderix trust me there are worse Vekoma's not that its good but it has some points. As for Viking thats the winner in the steel category.
Well I'm going to tell you me and my two kids and their father had passes there for years growing up as our kids were growing up then I'm going to tell you last time I rode the dragon at Adventureland it wasn't just me it was my daughter too and she's was young she was complaining her neck hurt and I know mine hurt but what I will say is when the ride first came out it was okay but through the years it just got rougher and rougher and rougher yeah the dragon was the only Loop roller coaster there but it was not worth coming off the ride and being in pain I have not rode some of the roller coasters before the dragon on that list but being an avid Adventureland passholder for many years I think that roller coaster should have been worse than some of the others below it but I have not rode those so just my opinion but there were days where our kids and I would ride the dragon four times in a row but those were the good days ironically enough my husband's company was one of them that literally help remove the dirt when they were removing the Dragon
Viking is the worst coaster I’ve been on by far but Huracan, Time warp and coaster express all fall in my top 15 worst coasters, the only one I don’t understand is Goudurix as it receives so much hate and I really enjoyed it but another Vekoma looper, Shaman at Gardaland left me in pain for days and is the 2nd worst coaster I’ve been on
Don't get me wrong when they first put the dragon in it was a hell of a roller coaster I just feel like they didn't maintain and take care of what needed to be taken care of as being a passholder and being there every day with my kids but that's just my opinion I just remembered the last time I was on it I told both my kids I will not ride this again and don't get me wrong when they first put it in any year afterwards when there wasn't a line the kids would write it three times in a row and more but towards the end it was a freaking nightmare to be on just saying

I'd like to suggest an alternate candidate for worst Togo coaster: Viper (Six Flags Great Adventure) I remember being so excited for it in the 90s -- the commercial and extra 'snake spine' rings made it look awesome. Reality was not so kind. 🤕
Coast Rider, Pony Express and Sierra Sidewinder are all complete shit and never should have been built. I’m pretty sure due to their proximity to houses they can’t build a hyper coaster even but still…pull an Alton Towers and build into the ground! They could have made a good dive coaster, instead of that piece of shit Hangtime. Also it’s such a shame they let Dinosaur ride literally fall apart.
Ok, haven't ridden Firebird, but I didn't think it's previous incarnation of Apocalypse was worse than Vortex. Or Anaconda. And although Mineblower has a good layout and now some good track sections where RMC has done work it's so horrendously rough in it's bad track segments I can't rank it above Apocalypse either.

You left out international coasters. They only made two both hurlers. So don’t know if you left it out on purpose since they only made two but hurler surely is terrible at carowinds.
The first time I rode Flight of Fear, I thought it was really fun. Several years later I went back and rode it again with my girlfriend and it was one of the roughest experiences I've ever had on a ride and she hated it, got a huge headache afterwards, and ended up vomiting. It has really fallen into disrepair as of late.

I rode Time Warp at Canadas Wonderland once. never again. I would not ride that coaster model again. The ride was brutally painful on your whole body.

I have to say that I am surprised to see that you that you thought that Wild Thing at Valleyfair was the worst coaster from Morgan as that basically means that you like Quicksliver Express at Gilroy Gardens even more.
I think quicksilver is a really good mine train where wild thing is a below average hyper. If i was going just on thrill, the worst list would be filled with kiddie coasters

I'd like to suggest an alternate candidate for worst Togo coaster: Viper (Six Flags Great Adventure)
I remember being so excited for it in the 90s -- the commercial and extra 'snake spine' rings made it look awesome. Reality was not so kind. 🤕
Viper is definitely a contender. I rode windjammer so i have first hand knowledge of that train wreck

Coast Rider, Pony Express and Sierra Sidewinder are all complete shit and never should have been built. I’m pretty sure due to their proximity to houses they can’t build a hyper coaster even but still…pull an Alton Towers and build into the ground! They could have made a good dive coaster, instead of that piece of shit Hangtime. Also it’s such a shame they let Dinosaur ride literally fall apart.

Ok, haven't ridden Firebird, but I didn't think it's previous incarnation of Apocalypse was worse than Vortex. Or Anaconda. And although Mineblower has a good layout and now some good track sections where RMC has done work it's so horrendously rough in it's bad track segments I can't rank it above Apocalypse either.
Ive only ridden it as Firebird and i had low expectations and it didnt even meet that

You left out international coasters. They only made two both hurlers. So don’t know if you left it out on purpose since they only made two but hurler surely is terrible at carowinds.

The first time I rode Flight of Fear, I thought it was really fun. Several years later I went back and rode it again with my girlfriend and it was one of the roughest experiences I've ever had on a ride and she hated it, got a huge headache afterwards, and ended up vomiting. It has really fallen into disrepair as of late.
Which flight of fear? Cuz I thought the one at kd was perfectly fine.
