Great review/page turn. Kim very tempted to try it with my 15mms war of the roses. Will only want to do big battles...Hopefully it can be.done....Thank you for posting.
Thank you Dear Andy! I Believe it can be done without any problems . The rules can accommodate big battles and as I mentioned in the review unit strength can easily replace miniature removal. I also love big battles if you have noticed from my videos so i would probably never use a rule set for an exclusively skirmish game. Thank you for watching my friend!
Hi Nic, have the core rules been enlarged, they seem more pages than before? Are you going to do a HYW battle with them? I notice the New Hail Caesar apparently also has a HYW section now, it will be interesting seeing what changes they use in both sets.
Hey John! Although i never read the original rules there is a full page (i think i mention this in the review) with the new added rules in this edition. The book is very big 178 pages but this is also because of the new periods added in as well. I am planning to fight a smallish battle explaining all the mechanics with my 28's When i go back home next month but i am also planning to use my 15's this weekend to show how the rules work. I was not aware that HC released new rules with a HYW Section. for sure i will have a look.
Thank you dear Kevin! Glad you enjoyed the review! Yes I am starting with my 15’s and next month a bigger clash using my 28’s. I would recommend the rules they play well and are good fun
@@michaelwhite8031 hahahah One thing i have to say i am is a Medieval Rules excerpt..i have read so many rules and most of the basic mechanics are similar maybe in a different context..so i can remember because i have encountered them before..😂😂
