DESCRIPTION:
The X11 is an Android 8.1 smartwatch with a 360*360 round 1.85 inch screen. It is available in a couple of different configurations for memory and storage. It can connect to a computer via the charging wire to transfer files. Unlike earlier Android smartwatches, these new ones do not use a tethering app to connect with a phone, but instead rely on syncing via Google apps, like Chrome and Gmail, etc. The QR Codes shown are not recommended. They lead to an app called me.watch which doesn’t work and isn’t available in the Google Play Store.

I got one of these and for the kind of money you pay it's really not that bad at all, yes it could do without the novelty cameras they are not very good, but the sound and battery life was much better than I expected, great video, thanks

@@SWT I'm working with T-Mobile, the network sees the watch, but something is "blocking" it. I have to go back tomorrow... Let us know if you're able to get the X11 working... Thank you for all you do, I've used your reviews in many decisions. I really love my Prime 2, but the camera just quit, so I looking again.
Yes! I get that too. PLEASE let me know if you get it working and I'll test on mine. Perhaps T-Mobile just needs to register the IMEI in their network. Good luck!
@@SWT Yes, I did get it working on T-Mobile. Works pretty well. But, having it, Ive identified some real shortcomings: You can't connect it via USB. The charging cable, is just that, only a charging cable. The bottom of the watch has what appears to be 4 connect spots, arranged in a square outside of the diodes, but the charging dock has only 2. There are quite a number of faces available, some with touch spots for phone, messages, etc, Battery life isn't as good as the Kodpet Prime 2. (I so wish I could just get a new one of those!). I did find the X-11 with 8gb/128gb. I'm thinking about ordering it...

The only bug it the screen intermittently thinks it’s not a round display so the touch curves around until you get to the top of what the software knows where the screen starts 5mm from middle top straight line across. This means that swiping down is not possible sometimes! You will see this if you use show taps from a launcher and development mode (show taps)

Hi, just wondering if any of these newer smartwatches have android wear or have the ability to use google pay?
I'm also looking for a square shape but I've found exactly nothing.
Been reading through different comments and realised that most newer watches don't have a phone tethering? That's one of the main points to use these watches as I want notifications from the phone, same with most people I presume.
I'm unable to find the Universal Launcher on FullAndroid. I see the discussion about it but can't find the download? What am I missing?
Where have you find this 4 pins usb data cable ? Mine is delivered with a 2 pins charging cable only..
Does this watch connect to an iPhone XR so i can reply to messages on it from the phone. If not, can you recommend one?
That's a big one! I wish we could get watches like that from yhe major brands. I'm legally blind, so I ended up with a Samsung Watch7 44mm. It's good, but my Thor kind was slightly bigger, but no service because VoLTE couldn't work, and 2g speeds.
And because I have a Pixel phone, I can't use Samsung's health features fully!
It's not the biggest, but close to it.

If volte doesn't work after 3g is shut down, Sim card will be useless.
You can set it to volte only in Engineer mode or if you in Sim card settings if you're lucky...
Will this work with a Chinese phone Vivo x Fold 3? My Samsung Watch won't connect to it. If not, can you recommend an android watch that will? Also can you use the side button to scroll?

Anyone know the most powerful watch for gaming had an old one that could run nds pokemon black and white.
I just bought one. I'm a bit disappointed. Firstly, it was very cheap. £40 for a 8gb 128gb.
BUT the screen is so small when using any app and the corners are not very responsive to touch. It makes it VERY challenging to use. I'm using it so I don't have to carry a phone when I go running. I do 12miles so it is good to have a Joe Rogan podcast playing, I have a phone in an emergency, I'm tracking my route, and it's taking some basic body measurements. It is fine ONLY for all that, and at the price, perhaps I'm being greedy. I was hoping for something that would replace my phone more day to day.
Netflix doesn't work because it is open to recording, so far the casting hasn't worked at all (I loved the idea that I could cast Netflix from my watch to any TV) and many of the apps I've tried to connect are either useless (because the have functions near the edge of the screen that doesn't register touch) or don't work. The camera isnt great. The camera in my glasses is 4k and is far superior.
Playing video is okay - better than nothing, but Full Screen simply rotates. You are watching a postage stamp movie no matter what.
It is worth the price (just) but if it was Try and Buy, I wouldn't buy.

I haven't gotten the video call function to work. When I get a chance, I'll try a Google Meet call. Usually they work well. As far as NFC, I don't expect to see payment support on these Android watches for quite awhile.
Is GPS built-in and integrate with fitness app?
It's in the watch but I'm not sure about app integration. Each fitness app would need to be checked individually, and that's beyond my basic smartwatch unboxing and 1st look.
Nice watch but the OS is bad and bugged : doesnt keep the settings, dont synchronyse contacts, app's notifications doesnt appears, etc...😒
I'm encouraging them to make an updated "Pro" or "Max" version with AMOLED screen, 5MP or higher cameras, and yes, refined OS with better operation. We'll see what happens. Thanks for your feedback.

I have installed universal launcher in two different devices and it doesn't do anything, after signing in with my Google account it just show the logo

OLED? I think AMOLED Is just a proprietary term used by samsung display. Just a fancy proprietary war to describe OLED. But in any event, I don't think there's ever been a full Android watch with an OLED screen.
I've never seen one and they don't come out very often anymore
@@michaelcorcoran8768Its 99% of RUclips reviewers fault that calls every oled display as if those were exclusively made by samsung and more important they dont even have an idea of how much it would rocket the price of these devices, cause even if its not justified brands would say HEY AMOLED DISPLAY twice the price of the IPS model cause AMOLED, fckn kids.
