All the Mac users who can't get this work, their website's instructions are outdated. If you're downloading it new, don't bother with the file download - we're going to do it through Terminal. If you already downloaded the file and installed it, you're going to have to delete it before it'll work (or just delete Inkscape and try again from scratch). 1. Download Inkscape. Under Inkscape > Preferences > System > copy everything in the "Inkscape extensions:" box. 2. Open Terminal and type "cd [paste what you copied]". Hit Enter. 3. Copy and paste "curl -LJO github.com/inkstitch/inkstitch/releases/latest/download/inkstitch-v1.29.1-osx-en_US.zip". This downloads the extension straight to your Inkscape folder and should take a minute or two. 4. Copy and paste "unzip inkstitch-v1.29.1-osx-en_US.zip". This basically installs the extension. 5. Done. Restart Inkscape and it should be under your Extensions.
in part 3 it is also in terminal? , because says "Warning: Failed to create the file inkstitch-v1.29.1-osx-en_US.zip: Read-only Warning: file system" do you know what i did wrong?
