It's daily habits. Key is consistency I'm back to my 3 daily sets of Calisthenics When I get up Noon + added Cardio Before I sleep No days off. Next month I'm adding my pyramid routine - 40 lb dumbells (in each hand used simultaneously) curl (10 reps) to shoulder press (10 reps). At my peak I could do 200 pushups straight or 125 Diamond & 20 reps each, total 40 reps for my pyramid set (80 lbs per rep). Car accident F'd up my rotator cuff & I never seen a Doc for it. Thanks for sharing Cav, to many set backs for me, but I did finish my 90 day committments before I usually want to break for a few weeks, the problem is I been back in for about 9 months, progressing, but getting set back with sickness, found out I had type 2 diabetes, then started going hard, more cardio, trying to beat it, my calves were swelling double in size, I gave not been sleeping right in years, been peing every hour at night no sleep man, getting worse, worse, having anxiety attacks, could not breathe, got some mducine blood tests done, now I am sleeping my best in years....I jad a heart malfunction or something, my calves were gettimg really big, I took some nitroglycerin, saw a cardiologist, she changed my Amlodipine to something else....I am assuming the swelling, the water build up started blocking the flow, and the undue stress, the balls to the wall attitude I was taking about the diabetes....These idiots trying to finalize police reports saying the kidnapping of my child to another country is not a criminal act, wasted so much time just trying to find him....Now I caught somekind of virus, taking Covid medicine and antibiotics😅....Been about 2 weeks since my Heart problem 4 days of this Covid, I am itching to get back in the gym....It was like nothing could stop me, I am filled with the spirit, but the pain and the sicknes made the spirit hide🤷....Oh man the pain, like strep throat or something brother....I feel this wicked evil leaving my body though man, I think I will be back at it next week....Nothing I could do about having to stop, I worty about my Son though man....Maybe you would not mind saying hello to him one day, in case anything happens to me....I hope and pray everything will be alright, one day preferably we can meet you together, he is only 5 man, love ya brother, thanks💪🙏❤️

I want full submersion like when navy seal swim qual coach, DI gunny Sgt DeShawn grabbed my shoulders and pulled me under in boots n uts to test what i was made of. Life was an option, death was another. He wasn't going to compromise. We had 2 die in 2002. In a way, he saved me. In a way he killed 2. You could save me too. You'd push me where I need to be. I can take it. I'm OK with the consequences if I can't.
