      2 weeks late but I’m making this too and thought I could share :)
      Ingredients:
      3 eggs
      80g sugar
      60g flour
      8g cornstarch
      20g oil/butter
      400g whipping cream
      > Shortcake
      Separate 3 eggs (save yolks!)
      Whisk 30g sugar & egg yolks until pale.
      Beat/whisk egg whites until foamy, then mix in 30g sugar in batches. Stop once you reach stiff peaks.
      Take 1/3 of the egg white batter and fold into the yolks.
      Once combined, add yolk mixture into the rest of the egg whites & fold together until no white streaks remain.
      Sift 60g flour & 8g cornstarch (or use cake flour) into mixture and fold.
      Add 20g oil (ima use butter) & fold again until well combined.
      > Baking
      Line a round cake pan with parchment and pour in batter. Flatten it and bake 340°F/171°C for 30 minutes.
      Let cake cool, then slice off the dome and cut into 3 even layers.
      > Whipped cream
      Combine 400g whipping cream and 20g sugar until stuff peaks form. (I recommend adding the sugar in batches too…and make sure you’re adding sugar to preference!)
      > Assembly
      Take strawberries (amt to taste) and slice 1/2 cm thick.
      Place first layer of cake on a turntable/plate and cover with a thin, even layer of whipped cream
      Cover whipped cream layer with strawberry slices & top with another layer of whipped cream.
      Repeat
      Once you reach the top, cover it and the sides with more whipped cream. Smooth out.
      Cut strawberries of around the same size in half
      Mark where to slice the cake with floss (she did 6 slices)
      Put frosting in a piping bag w tip and pipe something that can support the strawberries. repeat for every section.
      Place a halved strawberry on every dollop of cream
      Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and youre done!

      @@snaillyaesthetic I have the ingredients for this recipe luckily, but the ones for some of your other videos that I don’t have are coconut milk, matcha, heavy cream, boba and blue spirulina. I don’t think i can replace a lot of those tho

      matcha can be replaced with any flavour, boba can be made with tapioca starch, sugar, and water (i can make a tutorial) and blue spirulina is just for colour

    I just made it for my daughter birthday.. I feel the ingredients is enough for 3 people only .. I had to multiply the ingredients by 4..
    The taste wasn't bad ..it is ok .. but I will not make it again .. it is not worth it.. there are a plenty of other delicious recipes
