I actually really enjoy Dylan Blue… it is sweet and a bit incense-ish but not sure why she thinks its harsh. I prefer it over even my bleu de chanel EDT which has no depth
@@Ak-zf5rb I love how Dylan Blue smells on my skin. I wore it for months. Until...I went to trade in my car and I smelled it in the air on other people. I have not worn it since, it is kind of harsh and screechy. It still has it's spot in the rotation but only if I want to be divisive at work.
Thanks you two!! Good variety of colognes. Versace Pour Homme is still a great scent in my opinion. With BDC, I really like the Parfum version. Light Blue Eau Intense is also very nice. Elysium is just on another level. (sampled the Pour Homme as well 🤗) I've recently just tried Percival, and I enjoy that one. I'll have to see what Sedley is about.
I luv Dior Sauvage ,Bleu De Chanel, Versace Dylan Blue and Versace Eros and Dolce and Gabbana light blue I get alot of compliments with especially Dylan Blue and Bleu De Chanel 💙 🔵😀😎👌🏽💯💯
I never owned sauvage and decided to get myself the edp version. Decent purchase and smells awesome. I don't know how women feel about it though but at least I like and that's all that matters to me lol

I am seeing sedley pop up on a lot of lists recently.. i got a 4.2oz bottle for 170 but returned it after a week because I wasn’t a big fan at the time. Now that we are approaching the warmer months i can see the appeal and think I made a huge mistake of returning it….
sedley is something you have to spray a lot of to really appreciate the subtleties of it. I will admit I sampled it first many times but was missing a lot of the greatness because you don't really smell the musk and incense in small amounts in large amounts the notes are more visible and smells good. Plus it has one of the best ambroxan used in fragrance I think it's the addictive type of ambroxan

Hi! I'm a long time fragrance collector and I love your channel! I just bought a budget fragrance from "Blackstone-Bourbon and oak" and it smells like how I smelt as a child wearing sunscreen on the dock on a hot summer's day. Sometimes the budget fragrances can surprise you!
I don't even think the parfum is that great really, probably the worst out of the Y line. I really not a big fan of the lavender as the main note in it. I think it also not as strong as the EDP and not as masculine as the rest either. It's actually one of the more feminine from the Y line and softest from the Y line. So maybe you like it because it's the softest and EDP was too sharp that's a fair point, but that's why I prefer eau fraiche over EDP because eau fraiche is not as sharp
@@a54936 yes subjective, but no very subjective if you were to do a blind test between the EDP, Eau fraiche & Parfum...eau fraiche would win the blind test and I know because i've done the blind tests already haha

Floral, softer and sweet is feminine dude. Not sure how you can say it's more masculine when it's not. The EDP is quite heavy on the green notes like juniper and wood so it's more masculine honestly

It definitely has NOT the wow factor but I think it's a great simple but effective fragrance that is also sosphiticated in its own way. Jimmy Choo Aqua is really good. Lasts about 6-8 hours with about 5-7 sprays. projects for about an hour maybe two... skin scent after that but it's a very very nice spring/summer scent.

As Bvlgari enthusiast since 99' and Aqva addict I did not found Amara that good. It seemed another clone, just like Aqva Marine. IMHO nothing stands next to Aqva - the first one. Good projection, silage and aquatic vibe is magnificent. Another honorable mention is Bvkgari: Poor Homme Soir, but that is a real gem to find these days.
@@beachlife4704 All of the lines are based on the aquatic line. This one hasNeroli - it has a while floral sort of note to it. There are citrus in it. Dry down you can feel clean musk but as all Aqva line is very aquatic. You can sense ginger if I re-call. The smell is good, just currently not really worth it since you can get Aqva for 70% price and both are easy, office like frags. I had a bottle when it came out and never really bothered to get more. I do have Aqva stocked because it works well in the summer as well and as I mentioned its not that expansive as it is still in production. If you have the resources - you can go for a Amara, but if not the original Aqva would do just fine and its just as lovely.

I have several backups of both. Antlantique is okay. I am kind of indifferent to that one. But the line as a whole was exceptional. I have owned Pour Homme but ran out. I am waiting for it to go on sale at my local CVS. They have many of Pour Homme and Marine 100ml for $75. I know the manager and he expects them to be discontinued from the store soon and they will be half off. Marine and Amara in the middle of summer are absolutely amazing. I love this line.

Out of the entire Bvlgari fragrance library my favorite is this entire line, particularly Marine and Amara. I did get to try the Marine Toniq about a year ago in a mall. It's very similar to Marine. Slightly sweeter and maybe just a bit saltier. Kinda wish I had bought it. The guy was selling them at $40 per 100ml bottle on clearance. I have so many Spring/Summer fragrances but I look forward to pulling out Marine and Amara the most. I can't wait to wear those. I have a few other Bvlgari fragrances. Wood Neroli, Wood Essence, BLV, and a few other samples but I still always come back to the Aqua line. Such a shame it was discontinued. What are your favorites?

I want to agree, but I don't consider it a blue fragrance. It's pineapple, aromatic, green and musky. Basically falls more into the category of aromatic/fruity or green
I haven't been able to find Aqua Amara anywhere in the States for under $80-$100 for a 50 ML!! Been like this for least a year now, which is hilarious tbh. Not paying that much for a $30 discontinued fragrance. 🤷♂

JC Man Aqua. Such a great scent!! I judged it early and was disappointed in it, but I gave it another shot and absolutely fell in love. I spray heavy with it and it seems to get me about 6-7hrs

Acqua Essenziale Blu Ferragamo by Morillas who did Dylan Blu and Aqua Di Gio is unbelievable and toes the line between Luna Ocean and BDC vibes. powdery with the Cardimon goes its own way. Im wondering what youd think of that one. And has become a sleeper or a blu that ive not smelled on anybody. im rockin that one Also Blue Agave by Precious Liquids Heprin is an awesome composition for the spring and high heat i think.
Acqua essenziale blu is sadly discontinued, but that's all good because it just smells like dylan blue anyway but dylan blue is 10x times better in smell and performance
@@GrowingDownUnder in sick of people saying it smells like Dylan blue. I ran out of Dylan blue and thought I'd try acqua essenziale blu because people made that comparison, they smell nothing alike. Dylan blue doesn't have cardamom, which is a strong note in essenziale. Even if there wasn't any cardamom, they still smell quite different.
@@gr33n5murf a fragrance doesn't need the same notes to smell the same...but whatever dude. I own both dylan blue and acqua essenziale blue they are different but definitely do have the same smell. And Jaguar evolution has cardamom and smells closer to acqua essenziale blu. Alberto morillas made both dylan blue and acqua essenziale blu and he was trying to make them smell similar so yes the similarities are definitely there it's a reason why so many people compare them....With that said Dylan blue is way better and if you're expecting acqua essenziale blu to be better than dylan blue then no it's not, i'll always wear dylan blue over acqua essenziale blu I just love dylan blue way more honestly. They both have citrus, ambroxan, incense, papyrus and both smell woody too. I mean they're basically very close in terms of smell cardamom is the only different
@@GrowingDownUnder cool.Acqua you can get readily on the grey market and racks. Dylan not so much and the anbroxan in Dylan makes it stronger yes. but too musky for my tastes kinda . but then this is all subjective. Aqcua can project and last a while so im not needing beast mode.

Thats tough. They both are my favorite. If u like a simple deep aqua scent go to bvlgari aqua.. the light blue has some extra flavor that makes it classy and seductive. They are both really good. Perfect in tropical weather here in hawaii.
Sometimes people enjoy what is so called 'generic', the classic men's fougere combined a rather dark woodiness is very pleasing and calming. It is nice that they actually have that variety within the line.
Look i have plenty colonges but its one in her that gives females boyfriend/ husband vibes so if thats not what you are on then dont get it. But im not saying which one lol
Fierce must be mentioned too, it is not a blue fragrance perse, but a citrusy fresh-aquatic pine-woody and musky mass-seduction fragrance. It is and was what all the new most popular fragrances of all time are now.

@@sumgi1537 Yeah, of course I never said spicy-sweet and mass-appealing automatically means blue fragrance though I think blue fragrance, like, indeed have the rather easy-going vibe they are in between the worlds based on a fresh masculine fougere with a often darker sweeter backbone compared to the average oceanic freshie but less sweet than a usual fall/winterly banger to neither be specific of situation, environment or tempreature.
freiche is better smelling out of all. but edp is amazing cuz its bestmode. eau fresh isn't that but the smell is amazing. way better for hot weather. y edp i save for fall and cool weather since its so strong
i’m ngl i’m not a big fan of blue fragrances, i dislike Blue de chanel, for wtv reason i like dylan blue and acqua essenziale by ferrábamo, and acqua di gio profondo but other then that the whole stinging feel of a blue favorite is what kills it for me

"Blue" doesn't have a specific scent. People use that term for fresh mass appealing fragrances. Sauvage Elixir is a mass appealing fragrance.

Mine all time favourites are Acqua di Gio, Azzaro Chrome, Versace pour homme and Ralph Lauren Polo Blue edp.
PDM Percival is the best blue fragrance for me, it's like abercrombie and Fitch Fierce and Mont Blanc Legend but enhanced to perfection.
Also legit - rocking Percival today. Love this scent - 10+ hours
I would disagree I own all 3 and I actually prefer legend and fierce over percival, I wouldn't say it enhances anything actually

I like blue fragrances. My favorite among all these is Sauvage EDT and Versace Pour Homme. Dylan Blue is not as bad as you described it.

Amara is a clone? Of what? The entire community has said many times that nothing smells like Amara.
@@beachlife4704 All of the lines are based on the aquatic line. This one hasNeroli - it has a while floral sort of note to it. There are citrus in it. Dry down you can feel clean musk but as all Aqva line is very aquatic. You can sense ginger if I re-call.
The smell is good, just currently not really worth it since you can get Aqva for 70% price and both are easy, office like frags. I had a bottle when it came out and never really bothered to get more. I do have Aqva stocked because it works well in the summer as well and as I mentioned its not that expansive as it is still in production. If you have the resources - you can go for a Amara, but if not the original Aqva would do just fine and its just as lovely.
@@Adam_StefaniakSaltea_Moonspell I think you mean flanker not clone. I have all except Pour Homme and they are all very different. Marine is my favorite with Amara a close second. I have several backups of both. Antlantique is okay. I am kind of indifferent to that one. But the line as a whole was exceptional. I have owned Pour Homme but ran out. I am waiting for it to go on sale at my local CVS. They have many of Pour Homme and Marine 100ml for $75. I know the manager and he expects them to be discontinued from the store soon and they will be half off. Marine and Amara in the middle of summer are absolutely amazing. I love this line.

Out of the entire Bvlgari fragrance library my favorite is this entire line, particularly Marine and Amara. I did get to try the Marine Toniq about a year ago in a mall. It's very similar to Marine. Slightly sweeter and maybe just a bit saltier. Kinda wish I had bought it. The guy was selling them at $40 per 100ml bottle on clearance.
I have so many Spring/Summer fragrances but I look forward to pulling out Marine and Amara the most. I can't wait to wear those.
I have a few other Bvlgari fragrances. Wood Neroli, Wood Essence, BLV, and a few other samples but I still always come back to the Aqua line. Such a shame it was discontinued.

Ferragamo aqua essenziale blue is amazing for the price .. very unique in the blue world to my nose
discontinued though, not that unique because dylan blue smells the same and so does jaguar evolution.

I want to agree, but I don't consider it a blue fragrance. It's pineapple, aromatic, green and musky. Basically falls more into the category of aromatic/fruity or green
I haven't been able to find Aqua Amara anywhere in the States for under $80-$100 for a 50 ML!! Been like this for least a year now, which is hilarious tbh. Not paying that much for a $30 discontinued fragrance. 🤷♂

JC Man Aqua. Such a great scent!! I judged it early and was disappointed in it, but I gave it another shot and absolutely fell in love. I spray heavy with it and it seems to get me about 6-7hrs

Acqua Essenziale Blu Ferragamo by Morillas who did Dylan Blu and Aqua Di Gio is unbelievable and toes the line between Luna Ocean and BDC vibes. powdery with the Cardimon goes its own way. Im wondering what youd think of that one. And has become a sleeper or a blu that ive not smelled on anybody. im rockin that one Also Blue Agave by Precious Liquids Heprin is an awesome composition for the spring and high heat i think.
Acqua essenziale blu is sadly discontinued, but that's all good because it just smells like dylan blue anyway but dylan blue is 10x times better in smell and performance
@@GrowingDownUnder in sick of people saying it smells like Dylan blue. I ran out of Dylan blue and thought I'd try acqua essenziale blu because people made that comparison, they smell nothing alike. Dylan blue doesn't have cardamom, which is a strong note in essenziale. Even if there wasn't any cardamom, they still smell quite different.
@@gr33n5murf a fragrance doesn't need the same notes to smell the same...but whatever dude. I own both dylan blue and acqua essenziale blue they are different but definitely do have the same smell. And Jaguar evolution has cardamom and smells closer to acqua essenziale blu. Alberto morillas made both dylan blue and acqua essenziale blu and he was trying to make them smell similar so yes the similarities are definitely there it's a reason why so many people compare them....With that said Dylan blue is way better and if you're expecting acqua essenziale blu to be better than dylan blue then no it's not, i'll always wear dylan blue over acqua essenziale blu I just love dylan blue way more honestly. They both have citrus, ambroxan, incense, papyrus and both smell woody too. I mean they're basically very close in terms of smell cardamom is the only different
@@GrowingDownUnder cool.Acqua you can get readily on the grey market and racks. Dylan not so much and the anbroxan in Dylan makes it stronger yes. but too musky for my tastes kinda . but then this is all subjective. Aqcua can project and last a while so im not needing beast mode.

Thats tough. They both are my favorite. If u like a simple deep aqua scent go to bvlgari aqua.. the light blue has some extra flavor that makes it classy and seductive. They are both really good. Perfect in tropical weather here in hawaii.
New y EDP intense is generic as hell - rest are better by far

Sometimes people enjoy what is so called 'generic', the classic men's fougere combined a rather dark woodiness is very pleasing and calming. It is nice that they actually have that variety within the line.

Fierce is more of a Blue fragrance than dior savage elixir imo ,which made this list..

freiche is better smelling out of all. but edp is amazing cuz its bestmode. eau fresh isn't that but the smell is amazing. way better for hot weather. y edp i save for fall and cool weather since its so strong
