I've spent about 2 1/2 minutes with the guys from The Hu after one of their shows, and I can tell you, they are just the absolute nicest guys in the world. This wasn't a meet & greet deal where they had to be "on," and they were all so incredibly cool. If you ever get the chance to see them live, don't hesitate for even a second. Because if you do, they'll be sold out and you'll miss it!
My one real critique of the original was for my tastes it sounded a bit thin. With the addition of the modern guitar, bass and drums while still keeping the Mongolian instruments to the forefront, this has been remedied. I knew you would go nuts at the end haha.

I was driving with my kids when I heard it the first time and I was like "THIS IS AWESOME!!" Next thing i know I was speeding and like looking for someone to yell at. 😂 I then turned it off and made a mental note to find it later.. It's the craziest thing i have ever experienced. I LOVE music and I cry, laugh, get happy with songs, but this one had mu adrenaline going so much it was crazy. Had my SO other listen to it and he's all "this makes me wanna go pillage some.shit.." 😂 He's a nerd.
I have listened to this song at least 20 times since it got released, and I am always headbanging and dancing, screaming and chanting at the end and everything haha
I am a huge fan of the Hu, I love what they do and I love the originals of course, but I have mad respect for showing that they can bring their music to any audience by fusing the diffrent styles. I love it, so awesome! But the original will always be my go to 💗
