Thanx to arrangers, producers, conductor and executors! This is how I originally heard it in my head when I was 12 and started to listen to KC. Remarkable effort from the clarinet and surprising effort from the harpist.

Listen once more the original piece, and you'll find out orchestral arrangements... Yes played with distorted instruments with a rock/jazz mood... In the end, invaluable modern music... :-)

Solo una observación: yo hubiera hecho la intro toda con bajo y cellos.

Ooof, how to add too much sugar to the mix, killed by the leaden beats. It's a minor melody in most respects made good by the album setting and the abrasive energy of the original instrumentation and scorching playout. Burt Bacharach would have booted this out of bed.
