I saw this tour in Long Beach, and the amazing thing was, WE HAA NEVER HEARD THIS ALBUM. So there we are, wasted on whatever, and the band comes out and starts playing an album W HAD NEVE HEARD. But by the end of Larks T Part 1, we were captive. At the end of the first half, and the second we gave them a standing ovations. Fripp after the first standing O, actually instructed us to "Calm down, calm down".

Daaaaaaaaang! King Crimson hit the spot for me. I had a true musical awakening when as a kid I went away for school and was out of my parents house where music was a rare thing. First I discovered what the main stream was listening to, and then what the not so main stream listened too. I guess I was anything but main stream! This one had me thinking up tune titles like "Toad brains in wine sauce" and of course "Dog nose fillets with truffles"... It didn't end there with tunes like Zappa's "Dog breath Variations"...🤪
