I’ve had 5% all around and 35% windshield in Cali in my 340i and never had any problems. I’ve even been pulled over for other reasons and they didn’t say anything about the tint. I got my windshield replaced because it got cracked so rn I have no front tint.

With the tint makes your car look mysterious now. I did the same to my car last year; tinted all around. The windshield I got it tinted lighter than the rest. From outside it's hard to see than from inside looking out

5% all around and 40% on the windshield. I live in Cali too and its the perfect tint for me because I just crack the windows and it looks like 20% cuz of my red interior lmao.

I went with 15% all around in Texas. Mustangs come with 70% tinted glass and with the tint on top brings me to about 10% which is dark enough for me. Im wishing I tinted the full windshield instead of getting a limo eyebrow done

California now allows you to get a medical exemption from a doctor to get whatever tint percentage you want. Some tint shops partner with a doctor direct.

@Who Is LouieXIII you need the exemption to come from a dermatologist. If you have "one of the qualifying skin issues" then they'll issue you the exemption

I think it looked way better before you tinted it. It was a cleaner look. When it's that dark it makes the car look cheap IMO. Call me old, sorry no hate. I would have went way lighter.

What is the best combo for a Toyota Camry as a daily car?
I like 20 % all around. Check the recent vid I did on the Lexus IS tint
This was also the first mod I made to my car, I'm not sure if you mentioned but I didn't hear what film did you end up going with? I remember going back and forth on tint when I grabbed the car, I personally ended up doing 20% ceramic all the way around and a 80% windshield. In hindsight its quite dark I didn't realize the material that made the tint affects how opaque and matte or glossy of a finish the windows look. If I was to tint it again I'd go slightly lighter on the sides like 30-35% as now I'm thinking about putting a cage in the car and it looks so good to see a hint of that through the glass, like seeing some upper thigh on a short skirt.
Also, what color is this? I thought at first it was tanzanite but I don't think it is? Also the Discord invite doesn't work.
Tint is a must for sure! I did forget to mention that! I went with ceramic as well. Hahaha, yeah those cages do add to aesthetic for sure!
