As cheap as the mount was, I would consider cutting the left side off so the shell holder goes back to flush. Hanging out like that would bother me.

I have considered that and I think would be possible. Last I checked the mounts are still available, it might be worth getting another to find out.

Not too sure about a 12 dollar sight but you said you aren’t gonna keep it on for home defense so I think that is a smart decision

It's good enough for range work and possibly even hunting, but I wouldn't rely on it for my family's lives. Although if after torture testing and reliable performance over time, I might change my tune on it. I will say it's definitely been one of my best $12 purchases.

Nice knife- stayed amazingly sharp! And the price is good, too. If you want to give it to your big sis, she'd love it!
Is that blood on your table cover?

I suspected you may have commented in the wrong. No blood, but I was impressed by how sharp it remained.

I like that set up man. I like that size of red dot. I like how some people spend thousands on stuff and people like us use like 20 bucks lol. It seemed to shoot really good tho !! 👍

Thanks, I actually like it a little better than I'd thought I would. The sight was a little bigger than I'd wanted but still not too big. It seems to work pretty well so far. A little bit of sighting in and I think it will be ready for a torturous day at the range of slugs and 00 buck to see if holds up and holds 0.

@@Alloy211 yeah will be interesting to see. I like bigger red dots. I'm trying to find a decent one for my ruger 10/22. I got a NCstar on my one and I like it but was looking for a even cheaper one

Thank you, it was a fun video to make. I'm not sure it comes through in the video how green the sight is.... dazzle camouflage.

Wow! That's a pretty bright, metallic- looking sight!! And pretty easy to install, too! I'd love to install a couple; you made it look both fun and easy!
Love the way the water-filled, Zombie jugs were advancing on you. Zombies can be hard to kill, lol.

I can appreciate that, a friendly neighborhood hardware store can be helpful with those situations.
