FDNY is probably one of the slowest responding departments I have ever witnessed. Not just this video. It’s every video. There is no sense of urgency. I realize they have lots of challenges with narrow streets old dilapidated structures they house equipment in. But seriously. That rescue shouldn’t have sat there waiting.
