Everything in this songs relates to my life. Real country stuff🙌🏼
' while an out back brush pile burns'...Morgan fills my heart because he is singing about my country life, even up here in Canada.
He's not just winging it but it looks as though he is. I don't think a lot of people think about it, and I didn't until I watched a reaction to the "sessions" version of "sand in my boots" by a professional voice coach; but Wallen is a perfectionist on the technical aspects of using his voice and all the tricks and techniques to go along with his talent. The reason this is so overlooked with him is because he looks so natural and chilled, but he absolutely knows all the tricks of the trade and executes them to a tee. This is unconscious to us but it's part of the overall product acceptance of his music.
This is his best record. Too damn good. He's the real deal.
