The hurting/killing people part is a statement about the thoughts an artist goes through when seeing people creating content with little to no social value and becoming famous for those antics while they are trying to create art and do something meaningful with their art and yet struggle to get that type of reach. Even going to extremes like hurting people to become famous. That's my take on it. There is no serious intent to be hurting people. They are making fun of the fame at any cost culture.
