It's really incredible how grounded this kid is. That alone is an amazing tool in the kit so to speak. I will say that while all of our expectations are high, it doesn't all lie on Drew's shoulders. O line, RBs and Defense is where most of us think those expectations are the highest. I'm not taking anything away from Drew and I think he will be special going forward. However, I believe the other pieces being great will foster the time to build a great development in the passing game. It will be night and day from week 1 to week 13 for Drew. I think he recognizes that and will put himself in the right position to be where he needs to be going forward.

You can see/ hear the future " growing pains" in his voice and his presence. BUT, you can also hear/ see that ingrained confidence that he carries. There will be some growing pains, but it depends on how quickly he gets through those pains and he matures. We kinda need him to do that this year, but we have to be aware of the pressure we put on his shoulders. I feel he is the type that can carry that, but ideally we temper the expectations and hope he gets " IT", sooner than later

I said we have a 20% chance to go 12-0 meaning 20% chance we beat Michigan I think we beat ohiostate this year our defense is ELITE it will be hard for anyone to hang 30+ on us meaning we can Play with anyone what makes Michigan SO good? The have a good qb and so do we they have a top 5 rb room in the country so do we they have a better line we have the best line we have had in years they have a worse d line worse linebackers and worse secondary than us if we can establish the Los against them we can win that game and if u think the color of the fans in the stadium will affect how rowdy that game will be you are mistaken the only environment in the country that rivals happy valley is Death Valley. Michigans weak point is wr we will shut down their pass game and load the box. If strides are made at the dt position which it sounds like they are we can win that game.
