You can donate some of those to people who has lost their homes to fires, flooding, or any other disasters. Plus those who are just starting out and sell them. You would be surprised what you can accomplish with things you save from landfills.

Walmart ask you if you want to keep the hanger or not. I had so much hangers through the years and I heard that they were short of hanger and I gave them back to the Walmart super center. Other dumpster divers in the east of US find hundreds of hanger of mostly stores that have closed their doors.
Women shelters would gladly take some for our sisters startiing a new life.
I worked retail for a while and some stores get stock on hangers that aren't theirs and those are the ones thrown out. Stores keep their own hangers.
Ground walnut shells can be used in a tumbler for polishing brass rifle hulls.

Never use any kind of lose substance in a bearded dragon tank. They could ingest it and become impacted and sick.

If you ever find that one of those quilt/bedding sets is new; but employees have cut it…..see if a seamstress can either mend it or use the material to make something else, including;
quilt pieces
baby/doll clothes
pet bedding
sheets for smaller beds, etc.
Find the lemonade when they try to give you lemons 🍋.
For other Dumpster Divers that find things that they wish to donate; remember to check to see if there is a *Habitat For Humanity* in your area.

Lol that's why we donate so much we can only save so much. We only keep what we can fit in our garage and a small shed we have. Once it starts getting full we do a big donation usually once a month and smaller loads weekly. I was making space for this mega haul in the garage the night before we got the Hurricane Hillary.
