Metal bed frames usually sell at a yard sale or add them to your SCRAP pile. That dryer was scrap money! From the first trip you should have got the pink metal bed frame. People paint those or put them out in their "flower beds". I can't believe how much people are throwing out that is good stuff. Y'all be sure to drink enough water or electrolytes out in that heat. 😊❤️🙏✝️
I agree looks more like an eviction..finding money and new items. Maybe someone went to jail rent was due and no one to pay rent working..Out they go.. didnt see much for kids so single adult or a couple.
You sure can tell "it's a throw away society" when you see so much waste. Thank you Kelly and Alex for all you do to save things from the land fill. It also gives people a chance to buy things at a reduced price. The dumpster divers are saving so much and donating many of the items they save.
It's happening all over the world that folks throw away stuff that others can use on a daily basis. Me and my daughter dumpster dive some times, but, my daughter have me beat when it comes down to dumpster diving.
Glad you grabbed the cast iron. I had a huge collection of it that a friend has now, only three pieces with me one Griswald and two Wagner...The first fishing thing is a fish finder.
ok you guys. you didn't look inside the dumpsters at the apartments, and I will never sleep again. imagining what was in there, bags of clothes, bags of money, game stations. riches beyond belief.
There was a box of purses. Even if you don't want them, you should dump everything out into a box to make it easier to look. Money, makeup, and money.(yes I know I said money twice). If you find change, you could put it aside in a jar and see how the trash pays you to look through it! You both are like machines, leaving no stone unturned! Awesome haul, guys. It will be hard to beat this score for sure!
Oh I have to admit, I'm now addicted. I have no idea why but its like treasure hunting with you! I get so excited for you guys when you find something you like either for yourself or to give away to others. You seem equally pleased and that warms my heart. You are a two person saving the world one trash pick at a time hero team! You go. When I see you have a new vid up I can't wait to watch LOL. I saw your battery haul and you got a lot...In case you didn't know, avoid storing household batteries with other metal objects, like desk staples or loose change. Contact with any metal can cause the battery to short-circuit, which could then cause the battery to leak. Keep batteries of the same type and age stored together and in their original pkg if possible. Avoid mixing different types of batteries with varying levels of power. Most unused alkaline batteries have a shelf life of five to ten years, whereas Ni-MH batteries have a three to five year shelf life when not in use. Lithium-ion batteries, which power gadgets such as mobile phones, have a low self-discharge rate and may hold a partial charge for up to four years before they need to be recharged. I heard you should keep in fridge but later I heard just a cool dry place is ok, don't need to be refridgerated. Batteries should NOT ever go into landfill however its very hard to find anywhere that will recycle them - unless they are rechargable. I use rechargeable batteries and love love love them. It has saved me so much money. Been using them now for 6 years and still working great. I just have to recharge them periodically even when not using them. Great haul guys.
I used to dumpster drive but they got so crazy about people going through stuff( saying if you get cut or hurt thy not liable) they made us quit but loved the items we'd find someone can always use items
We live in such a throwaway society, and I keep thinking about the less fortunate people and countries that could use so much of these items. You are doing your part and that is great.
Wow so much stuff you don’t even get to the dumpster. Those chairs the two stuffed ones at the third dumpster were really nice to bad you don’t take the bigger stuff.
Hey you guys!! The thing you found is a fish finder. You hook it up to your boat and you can see the fish below your boat on the screen. My husband has one. They work really good. Have fun and keep up the great videos.
College summer session has ended so everyone is moving out again. It is the never ending cycle of waste. I do appreciate that you save so much. I do the same.
The Hummingbird is a fish finder sonar! You both found so much at the "moving out" dumpsters!!! I worried about both of you at the last few dumpsters, when you get overheated like that, it's time to drink liquids and go where it's cool. So, glad you decided to go home! Hi Bones!!! ❤😻
When it's hot like that, Yall should make a small cooler with some Gatorade and water and ice. So you can stay hydrated and safe. Awesome video today. Thanks, yall Rock
Those letters were for that light up letter board. I seriously can’t believe how much usable stuff people are just throwing away, it’s literally CRAZY! 🤯
The cord for the video camera was right beside it. If you have the cord to test it for use it actually sells really well. The humming birth is a fish finder. If it works that is good money too. Always get the cords. Getting one piece and not the other is really a hard sell.
You guys amaze me... so much stuff... saved from the landfill ..I adore you both and love that black panther...gosh he's getting big...stay cool and take care...🥰🥰
Hi i'm Sue from the Uk and think your the best ever Dumpster Divers, your kind and generous to others and save a little for yourself which is good... God Bless You Both 😃 xx
Wow between the 2 days you score big time. Love the plant. Cast iron skillet is nice. A lot of good stuff. Hi Bones he has grown a bunch. Thanks for sharing enjoyed. Have a great weekend.🥰
You guys did great, this was a fun video footage. When people start moving out of places there will always be a lot put in the trash. Its very wasteful I don't really understand why alot of it they will need to buy again. Have a blessed day great finds.
This is great!!! I have been watching you all and other dumpster divers for 12 years now. You can sure find great things to use and sell. Keep going .I love it!!
My sister in law used to restore cast iron all the time. She put it in a self cleaning oven and let it go through the clean cycle and left it in the oven until completely cold. Then re-season the skillet by covering it in solid shortening. Put it into a cold oven. Turn heat onto five hundred for thirty minutes. Shut the oven off and let it completely cool. Restored, seasoned skillet 👍🏼 Great find Alex!
What a mess but what a treasure you all I love dumpster diving the thing about them dumping on the ground the trash man does not have to pick that stuff up off the ground in our state just what’s in dumpster
We adore you two!!! Thank you for doing what you are doing for the planet. We appreciate it and hopefully the Earth will too. Love Alex's red dumpster diving shoes. So cool. God bless you both.❤️🌹💙🙂
Kelly those letters in a bag u fou d u thought were for a mail box is actually for the light up message board u already put in the top draw of the storage box when the clock wouldn't fit.... U spell out ur message by sliding the letters in and it lights up xx
The Humminbird is a soar for finding fish, and things under the water. They are worth quite a bit. We use Humminbird to find cars underwater. Have a great day my friends ❤️🙂⚘️.
With all of this... makes me think ppl are paring down to be minimalists, but why wouldn't they donate this stuff at the very least?!?! Again....great to see you guys save so much from going into landfills!
Hey guys those two dollar bills are not novel items, they are real and you can spend them. I actually get them at the bank for my son he collects them. Definitely spendable! Great job guys!!
I just cannot believe how wasteful a lot of people are. So many people are in need. I guess they just don't care. I recycle and donate. I also donate to the animal shelter. 😊❤❤
Enjoyed tagging along with you. So impressed how well you 2 work so well together. Wow! So overwhelming finding all the b treasures that are thrown away. Thank you for all your efforts and hard work in saving what you able to from l and fill. Bones is a handsome kitty. The jackpot, Bones won to be his home is a b a n amazing. Enjoy seeing Bones. Know he entertains you guys.❤
alex,to restore cast iron: use steel wool to get off surface rust. then oil pain all over, put on cookie sheet. set in a hot oven. 375 degrees for about a hr. take out let cool and wipe off the oil. this needs to be done about once a year to keep them conditioned. do not put cast iron in the dishwasher. wash with soap and hot water if necessary. dry with paper towel and set on stove burner until very dry. . i have cast iron that is decades old and as good as new.
No wonder our landfills fill up so fast. People need to get better at wasting SO MUCH ! Thanks you 2 for doing this. It all helps towards climate changes . But the best part is you cash in on it. Good job!! ♻️💲👍
Hello Kelly n Alex. I watch your videos daily. Before I start my day I have to get a dose of breakfast because your motivation, happiness, smile makes me a happier person all day long. Blessings on you and yours with love Dashie
Wow!!! Great finds today. A lot of reusable things that you can use, sell, or donate. I don't see how y'all stand this hot weather right now. Take care and stay hydrated. 👍🌞
You guys found some awesome stuff..I was watching y'all channel with your adventures with Dorris you guys are so adorable I loved watching the videos...I love watching all y'all videos..I may not commit on all of them but I do watch them all.. you guys keep up the awesome work ..Hi bones he's so cute..
It feels like it's more than the end of the month move out. It's like many families all needed to leave. I know military moves like that. Try scrubbing the cast iron with salt and a raw potato cut in half!
I always take those kind of office chairs and take the back off and use it as a stool for cleaning cause I have a bad back, I have one now and gave one to my friend 😅
I would just put most of boxes in my truck & take home & go through on my property then anything I didn't want throw away or put back in dumpsters on next trip around. That way you can take your time .All you are doing is putting things in one container to another
Those microfiber towels are great! You just can’t use any fabric softener or dryer sheets on them or they’re ruined! All you need to clean with them is water, especially on glass and mirrors. They replace paper towels!

Yes. Those metal frames sell easily for $25
Kelly you are so lucky to have Alex do dumpster dive with you both have so much fun together
That looks like an eviction, more than moving!
Love your videos!
There are times of the year where everyone moves out all at once and we see the dumpsters like this. It’s like this at complexes all over!
That’s what I was thinking too.
It's more then one unit moving out at the 1st of the month
I agree looks more like an eviction..finding money and new items. Maybe someone went to jail rent was due and no one to pay rent working..Out they go.. didnt see much for kids so single adult or a couple.
I agree with Sarcastic Hoard opinion .. In jail .Or illegal had to leave.
You sure can tell "it's a throw away society" when you see so much waste. Thank you Kelly and Alex for all you do to save things from the land fill. It also gives people a chance to buy things at a reduced price. The dumpster divers are saving so much and donating many of the items they save.
Why do you pull stuff from his hands , when he pulls stuff out. Be nice !
It's happening all over the world that folks throw away stuff that others can use on a daily basis. Me and my daughter dumpster dive some times, but, my daughter have me beat when it comes down to dumpster diving.
This is sad.looks like someone was evicted or passed.
Glad you grabbed the cast iron. I had a huge collection of it that a friend has now, only three pieces with me one Griswald and two Wagner...The first fishing thing is a fish finder.
Kelly and Alex!!! Thanks for taking us along!!! So much saved!!! I appreciate you both so much! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!
😂
Amazing! Those letters go on that board you first pulled out! I love what y'all do!

I second this comment 😊❤
I love watching her and her man dumpster dive all the time in these videos
I cannot believe the amount of stuff that you have found so glad you were able to rescue some of it!!!!😉👍❤
Kelly you’re always so excited on the items you find. I love 💕 your dumpster videos.
I used to dumpster drive but they got so crazy about people going through stuff( saying if you get cut or hurt thy not liable) they made us quit but loved the items we'd find someone can always use items
How can people be so selfish dumping stuff that others would gratefully accept? Good on you guys!
Are people like you so narrow minded to think maybe someone passed away or for some other reasons they couldn't deal with it? stuff isn't everything.
We live in such a throwaway society, and I keep thinking about the less fortunate people and countries that could use so much of these items. You are doing your part and that is great.
I like how some people post their stuff for free. Better than it going to the landfill. It’s a win win situation. 👍⭐️
Cant believe how much is outside the dumpsters.glad you saved what you could
Wow so much stuff you don’t even get to the dumpster. Those chairs the two stuffed ones at the third dumpster were really nice to bad you don’t take the bigger stuff.
That's a depth finder for fishing!
The full face thing is for hunting, it camouflages!!!
These are eviction dumps I think but I'm glad that you all are able to find new homes for all these displaced items
I love your channel
Hey you guys!! The thing you found is a fish finder. You hook it up to your boat and you can see the fish below your boat on the screen. My husband has one. They work really good. Have fun and keep up the great videos.

Boggles the mind why people throw things away rather then donate it. Great score for you both. Thanks for sharing 😃🇨🇦c

You guys are awesome, and Bones adoreable and sweet ❤❤❤
When it's hot like that, Yall should make a small cooler with some Gatorade and water and ice. So you can stay hydrated and safe. Awesome video today. Thanks, yall Rock

Always get the cords. Getting one piece and not the other is really a hard sell.
You guys amaze me... so much stuff... saved from the landfill ..I adore you both and love that black panther...gosh he's getting big...stay cool and take care...🥰🥰
Think this is one of the best dives I’ve seen of yours! The other favourite is from ages ago where it was all vintage items. Brilliant dive though

The letters are for the white light up thing you said was for pictures, you found just after the clock. (put in top drawer)
We adore you two!!! Thank you for doing what you are doing for the planet. We appreciate it and hopefully the Earth will too. Love Alex's red dumpster diving shoes. So cool. God bless you both.❤️🌹💙🙂
Those are good Evictions!!!!!!!!

It is so crazy the stuff that people throw away.

Hello So good to see you rescuing so many useful things. I love watching you being resourceful and helping others.

Those letters are for that light box you put in the top plastic drawer.
Love Bones bone collar 😻
I just cannot believe how wasteful a lot of people are. So many people are in need. I guess they just don't care. I recycle and donate. I also donate to the animal shelter. 😊❤❤
That’s America!
I know. It’s so sad. At least find someone to give it to or donate it.
The thing for the fishing boat looks like a depth finder.
Just got back from donating!
@@croiners4166Right, America does donate and recycle!
How exciting! So much great stuff you rescued from the dump!
Those letters go on that light board you picked up first 😊

It feels like it's more than the end of the month move out. It's like many families all needed to leave. I know military moves like that.
Try scrubbing the cast iron with salt and a raw potato cut in half!
Possibly a full renovation or tearing down and rebuilding the apartments?
Wow!Amazing scores today! 😎
Alex, if you have a scrub daddy it will be pretty easy to clean up your cast iron skillet, if you don’t have one, get one. They’re fabulous.
I always take those kind of office chairs and take the back off and use it as a stool for cleaning cause I have a bad back, I have one now and gave one to my friend 😅
Your gonna have to have a dozen garage sales to put out everything lol LOVE IT
I would just put most of boxes in my truck & take home & go through on my property then anything I didn't want throw away or put back in dumpsters on next trip around. That way you can take your time .All you are doing is putting things in one container to another

Depth finder for a boat some lets you know if there is fish also
Wow lots of good things
Those microfiber towels are great! You just can’t use any fabric softener or dryer sheets on them or they’re ruined! All you need to clean with them is water, especially on glass and mirrors. They replace paper towels!
