The vulture is on the opposite side of the roof from the loot. Evading a zombie is doable but a vulture is harder. I don't think I described the location very well.
You could still take over small poi's as a base, just lure the zombies out and then put a land claim block and bedroll in the poi and then leave the area. The displaced zombies will despawn as placing the bedroll deletes their spawn points. :D
Really cool concept, would love to see this play out longer. I was a little surprised that you weren't wrenching more vehicles to earn money for tools and food etc. I think you could last quite a while if you built more solid blocks that you could run and jump onto in the event that one fails. Anyway, looking forward to the next installment.
Glad you enjpyed the video. The next one will be week 2, day 8 to 14. I need to invest points into daring adventurer to get Rekt to sell the good stuff. Once resources gathering is more efficient, I will. Thanks for the advice. 👍
If you hit a car to near destruction and a zom finished the job and blows up in the process, I'd say it's on the dumb zombie. It's not your fault they have no respect for others property :P
In some of the early fetch quests, the supply bag is around the perimeter of the poi so that you don't have to go inside, you just beat on the outside wall, similar to what you've been doing with the main stash. ^_^
If you haven't played the mod Afterlife yet that's a good one. No trader quests though because no traders. If your intent when wrenching a vehicle isn't to kill a zed then let the chips fall. Nice concept on the playthrough, only time I tried this out was playing Dayz.... trapping zeds in houses and such.
Im on day 3 of the video and am fascinated to see how this works out! Ive never seen this tried before. How'd you come up with this idea and is it hard to override instinct and not bash a zombie when they're in your face?
Have been thinking of some unique challenges lately and thought this may be a good one. It's not hard to survive early but not hitting on instinct is hard. I'm working on week 2 now.
I had this idea 10 minutes ago and checked youtube, if someone already did and yes, i found it 🙂 but i want go further. i wanna test, if it is possible to reach level 300 on this settings -nerfed exp gain to 25% -nerfed loot to 25% -horde random, every day but with possible 20 days delay -no airdrop -trader can only be visited once a day -insane difficulty -300% zombie block damage -permadeath
Now hold on just a minute! You can't harm Trader Rekt? You're really making this a though series, bruh!
The real issue is not hitting zombies on reflex.
This is amazing. Great idea, great challenge. I tried it lasted till day 2, not easy as it looks.
Let's go for 30 days!
1:05:45 time there's always a bird there

I was wondering about the bedroll as I was able to confirm the land claim doesn't do that. Will try it on day 8. Thanks.

Love this idea!
Thanks, It really makes you think strategically while moving through the game.

But would me getting it to near destruction make me an accessory to the injury? Any lawyers here?
@@Bear-Gaming I checked with Dewy Screwem & Howe. They said as long as the kill doesn't count in the stats screen, you're good.
So I can drop one with a tree then?
@@Bear-Gaming If it doesn't count as a kill, I don't see why not. But, will you be able to sleep at night? 🤔
As a Pacifist, I won't even hit an animal or zombie so for the challenge I couldn't.

Once the food and water situation is sustainable I will definitely have start the Fetch quests.
I've wondered this before!
Let's see how far I can go.
You can do all the dig quests - though probably not the later ones. Generator missions would be tough as well
True, I would hate to have to dodge and dig at the same time. Questing will be a slow process for this challenge.
This is a cool game play.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will check it out.
can do the fetch missions without killing them
Those are the main ones I want to do, just as soon as I can get sustainable food and water setup.

It's doable, but man, it's hard not to hit Rekt.
The intent to cause harm is not pacifism. Direct or indirect. If it wasn't the case you could use spikes and barb wire.
Makes sense. That's is the intent with the series, not to cause harm.
but why?
To see if it's possible, and if so how hard do I need to make it before my first respawn.
Uhm... Sir? I think you should call the police... Cuz someone stole all your frames.
I would but they would just spit at me or blow up.
